Ulasan Acta Atrium Palace

Pengalaman hotel yang sangat buruk, saya memberi tahu meja depan pada malam sebelumnya saya perlu checkout bahwa saya perlu menginap selama dua malam lagi. Tetapi ketika saya pergi untuk membayar keesokan harinya, meja depan memberi tahu saya bahwa seluruh hotel sudah penuh dipesan dan meminta saya untuk pindah sebelum jam 12. Bukankah meja depan seharusnya memesan kamar untuk tamu asli setelah tamu membuat permintaan untuk menginap selama dua malam? Meja depan sangat tidak profesional. kebersihan kamar juga bisa.

Saya mendapatkannya di dekat Plaza Catalunya, tetapi tidak tepat di sebelahnya. Rapi dan bagus, tapi jalan menuju ke sana agak gelap. Itu bagus karena cukup lebar.

Sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah, lokasi hotel sangat bagus, ada banyak jenis sarapan, duduk di dekat jendela dari lantai ke langit-langit sangat elegan

設施：酒店的電梯，給我印象極其深刻，老年人的即視感，一下就抽抽了。其他的東西可以算上應有盡有。 衞生：不錯，正常的酒店打掃水平 環境：非常不錯的地理位置。走路去感恩大道和米拉之家都很近。附近還有便利店，比較方便。 環境：不錯不錯，我很喜歡他們的陽台。很巴適 服務：服務不錯，正常水平。 忘記拍酒店的照片了….. 記得帶轉換頭，這家酒店印象裏沒有usb的口，必須用插座的。

非常棒的酒店距離加泰羅尼亞廣場和Uraquiaran地鐵站和巴塞隆拿大學都很近。早餐很好👌性價比比Ronda Lesspes高許多。就是後面有球場，最好避開後面房間朝向主街好

房間的床非常柔軟舒適 房間窗外是一個小童健身中心，孩子們打冰球賽，饒有趣味 交通十分便利，在感恩大道附近，出行非常方便 房間設施有點陳舊了，有一條長走廊浪費了空間， 又將冰箱架起來增加地面收納空間， 感覺室內佈局設計還可以改善，避免侷促感覺

位置很好。就在市中心核心地段，進出很方便。去各大著名景點基本走路就可抵達。 酒店比較老，給了一個頂樓露台房，景觀還可以，看到的是城景。 前台服務不錯，客房服務不咋地。因為連住三天，棉簽牙膏等用完了也不給新的，第三天甚至連新的浴巾也沒給。其它都還行。

位置很好，早餐很滿意。

Wonderful hotel with a great staff . Location is perfect too. Delicious breakfast with many options. I highly recommend!

The hotel was close to a good amount of restaurants and there is a lot of shopping to do in the area. There is a Zara and H&M right on the corner of the street. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

First thing to point out is that this hotel claims to be 4 stars, but once you arrive you realize that it is clearly a 3 star accommodation. Overall it was a convenient stay due to the proximity of the hotel to many restaurants and the city locations. Staff was kind and welcoming. However, rooms and bathrooms have an outdated appearance. Upon arriving we also noticed that the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The air conditioning never worked correctly during our 3 night stay and only functioned with the heating feature, which was uncomfortable to sleep with despite the cold winter weather in Barcelona.

Acta Atrium was a fantastic hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was the best. 20 minutes drive from the airport. 11 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. Had everything around. Try Zennith or Alsur for brunch. They were around the corner.

Good hotel. No balcony which was advertised but did not complain. Nice hotel but nothing WOW

This hotel should have been rated as a 3-star hotel instead of a 4star hotel. The interior is very out-dated, it could use a big update. There was no coffee machine/ kettle provided in the room. The house keeping didn’t change the towels daily and refill toiletries. We received dirty cups with other people’s lipsticks on them twice. We had to follow up with the front desk a few times during our 4 night stay to restock the room supplies. Fortunately, the front desk people were nice and helpful but it would be better if housekeeping could get the job done in the first place.
