The hotel is very close to the Sagrada Família. The staff are very nice. We can keep our luggages in the luggage room during the time we fly to Mallorca. However, there is some smell in the room.

Very noisy. People listen music and speak loud during midnight. Smoking at room; the smell went into my room. Good breakfast.

Cleanliness was fine, service was also fine of course compared to price not enough. The black guy in the reception was rude and impolite behaving with us during our check in which I really don't understand why!!! Breakfast ans related staff were very good. The design of our room was very bad,feeling likein the office! The rooms are very noisy and you wont get a good sleep at night. You can easily hear when peopleare talking in the coridors. The view of our room was also terrible.

The hotel is located near 2 metro stations, 2 lines. Conveniently accessible to T1 airport. Everything is within walking distance. We were checked in immediately, earlier. The staff is friendly. Clean. Everything was changed/replenished regularly. Cleaning every day. I recommend the hotel. Thanks to the staff for the good level.

The room was very small and the price was very high. The bedding was too dusty and the front desk was found to have overcharged the city tax.

Advantages: The breakfast is quite rich, it is recommended to book with breakfast included. There seems to be no place to eat around. The service attitude is very good, especially the young man at the front desk, who has a sincere attitude and a full smile, which makes people feel good instantly. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. There seems to be a school sports ground opposite. The surrounding area is very open. The left hand side always made me feel like it is the seaside, although I did not go to see it😀. The room was also very clean. I stayed there for three nights and it was in good condition. Sound insulation is also very good. If I have to find a drawback, it would be that the room is not large.
