Ulasan Hostemplo Sagrada Familia

The hotel check-in was closed by 5pm. They asked me to check-in to a different hotel after hours of wait and phone calls. The other hotel was way cheaper than my original booking. The AC and heat were not working. The room was different and smaller than described. Cleaning was not done for 4 days. The manager said Trip.com will process a refund but Trip.com denied. I lost mental peace.

Excellent service

Hôtel situé à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia. Arrêt de métro à proximité. Très propre, les serviettes de toilettes sont changées tous les jours. Personnel très sympathique. Le petit bémol : pas de frigo dans la chambre ce qui est dommage car il fait très chaud à Barcelone.

The room was spartan for sure. Basically a room and a bath. But it served its purpose and was only a block from the Sagrada Familia.

The hotel is ideally situated in the Sagrada Família area, surrounded by numerous attractions and activities. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. One room for improvement regarding the check-out process. The reception was not staffed during the 11 AM check-out time, making it inconvenient, especially when handling multiple pieces of luggage. Installing a check-out box could eliminate the need to visit a nearby counter for check-out.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We did not make use of the breakfastfacilities in the other building.

One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! Rooms were serviceable and had everything we needed. We paid for breakfast everyday in the sister hotel and it was very good - fresh food, buffet style so plenty to keep us going. Very nice fresh orange juice!

It was the best hotel experience in my life! The location is amazing, 30 meters away from Sagradafamilia, right next to the metro and bus stops. The attention throughout the stay was amazing, they did their best to ensure satisfaction. If I come again, I will undoubtedly stay again, I highly recommend it! 10/10

for the price this was a great experience the staff was attentive, the room was small but just perfect for me, I had no complaints I would most certainly come back here!!

The front desk had nobody there most of the time. You will have to cross two street to see their staff in another place. The room is extremely small. Only three single beds and two side table. That's all! no chair, no dresser, no desk, at all! The worst thing is there are a few hotels with exactly the same name in that area. Our taxi driver sent us to a wrong one, causing us to take another taxi to the correct one.

Excellent position close to Sagrada Família and many local shopping and dining opportunities. Room was a little small and staff seemed a bit stretched between this and the other reception they were running but were extremely helpful and friendly nonetheless
