非常好，酒店職員很帥又很好服務！環境也很舒適乾淨。美中不足的是交通方面，Uber司機不能去到酒店門口。

早朝に荷物を預けに伺ったところ、お部屋が空いてるからチェックインさせていただきました。従業員の方々は本当に親切でとても良い滞在になりました。残念な点はルーフトップで飲んだ紅茶がティーパックだったことです。値段が高くてもいいのでこだわったものを提供して欲しいなと思いました。夕食も朝食もホテルでいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです！

The hotel is in a great neighborhood. It is clean and the most impressive part of the hotel is the service of its personnel. That said, the rooms are tiny. If you hang your clothes then you cant see the mirror behind. There is no space to keep your personal things ; no shelf space. To make yourself a coffee or tea, you have to bend and twist yourself. No space in the bathroom to keep your stuff either. The hotel room has everything you need. If you are from Europe or say places like New York City, where space is a premium, adjusting to this place should be OK. But if you are from a place like Texas like I am, this will be a bit of a struggle. This place is TINY.

Our first visit to Barcelona was exceptional! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond at every step. Danny, Rome and Mared (all the concierges) truly cared about helping us have the best experience. Our check-in was fast and easy. The male staff member who did this for us was also friendly and gracious. We wish the rooftop terrace had been open during our whole visit- but the day it was- we enjoyed the beautiful view and delicious food. The hotel’s location could not have been better for us. It was easy to get to many great restaurants. We walked to everything during our visit except the airport! Our room was spotless. It could’ve had more storage space and the design was a bit different but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

Everyone was wonderful! We had a problem with the initial room being noisy next to the elevator and our room was changed to a wonderful quiet suite, that we really loved! Thank you for that!

The biggest stand out at this hotel is the staff. They always had a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We did ask for a room change, and they actually gave us a tour of 2 different room upgrades and let us pick.
Additionally, my mother needed an ice pack for a foot injury. The staff supplied this whenever we asked with a smile. The concierge was also great and helped us arrange a day trip to Monserrat.
The social hour was also fun and we made some friends staying at the hotel and would meet up every evening for a glass of wine and to chat.
I would recommend getting a premium room with a balcony if you value space.
I would also recommend the breakfast option.
I'll definitely be back and would stay here again.
