The front desk staff was great! VERY helpful and funny too! The room was clean, big enough and had a terrace. I was concerned about a fold out couch/bed, but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. The location is good as there are restaurants nearby and the Metro is close as well. Easy access to L1 (downtown) and L9 (to/from airport). The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay here again. The TV had very limited channels and that meant nothing to me. If you need to watch it, bring a streamer. I was there to enjoy Barcelona and it didn't matter. The terrace was large and had a table. Again, great deal, helpful staff, great experience.

The hotel is in an excellent position near bus services and near Badal metro station which is on line 5 a direct line to sagrada famillia . The reception is open until 8pm and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful for all local information and transport links. Carrer de sants the street the hotel is located on has nearby supermarkets but few restaurants. The rooms are well equipped fridge/freezer ,microwave,hob,toaster ,coffee machine and a good quality bathroom/shower. The flat screen tv has many channels but only BBC world news in English .There is also free wifii which didn"t work for me. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was worn and the mattress springs could be felt easily.In summary the location was good and near a good pastry shop "GRANIER" at 147sants-montjuic where the breakfast pastries are good and the staff really nice even with my poor attempts at spanish.

Great stay and big room. Close to public transportation and supermarket. Thank you to the reception for arranging our transport back to the airport.

The picture showed we had a balcony, that is why we booked the stay, we had no balcony. The taxi driver that they booked for us was non-communicative and drove around our apartment, we felt he took the long way on purpose to over charge us. The people at reception was very helpfull and friendly.

It's been a bad experience. The neighborhood is too loudly. We couldn't even sleep. It's too far from the Center and there are too much thieves wether night or day, being difficult to walk even at midday. It's very frequently in fact, walking with trash not collected. I don't recommend this place.

The location was close to the Metro and many markets and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The front desk personnel was personable and very helpful. The cost was reasonable as well. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and hostesses were superb. Very friendly and helpful! But the room had nothing for us to exist until we went shopping and we were exhausted! No crackers or tea bag’s or anything that has been in all other places we have been! One tea towel for a week?! We had to go immediately to get something to eat and we were tired from a 13-14 hr flight! Would suggest further investigation for places to stay!

Great location to explore Barcelona attractions, close to most of them, took cab few times and walked around, staff was very helpful. A better lobby with some sitting area and a rest room will add a lot of value to the hotel.

Location location location! 2 mins walk to metro station, 20 mins you can arrive to most attractions and restaurants. Great apartment for families

Location is somewhat convenient but the units itself leave a lot to be desired. Cleanliness is no good, no housekeeping during our 2 night stay, small units, so much so part of their check-in policy is you pick up your garbage walk to the next street and trash it in the municipal bins

Good location close to metro. Rooms large sized and clean.

This property is located in a lovely residential suburb of Barcelona however in close proximity of two Metro line station so getting into the heart of city is a matter of 20 minutes. Lots of shops, cafeteria and Bars around so if you want to avoid the busy city roads and chill in the local neighborhood then this is right place. You can walk to Camp Nou (Barca Foot Ball Club) from this place :)
