Reception staff very friendly, restaurant personnel not polite at all, room cleaness not perfectly at all.

Good people.nice rooms, clean, helpful staff. The breakfast was good. Moreover, it was a peaceful stay.

Okay but far away from city centrum, alot of kod, not much information or tour of Trips, lot of school.. etc etc etc etc

They needed me to send a picture of my ID before the check in via WhatsApp So I sent it as they indicated me and asked them if they could see it clearly They never replied it I had felt like I was scummed by them I also tried to contact them through Trip.com but they never responded my question

This was by far the best hostel I stayed at, and also the cheapest! It's a large operation, run with ruthless Catholic discipline. It's very clean, very ordered, very comfortable. Compared to other hostels as well it does not run a catchpenny operation - linen is free, breakfast is free, luggage storage is free, etc. All these things are used by other hostels to up to double the cost of your stay. The staff were very pleasant, and spoke English. One night there was a customer who was unruly - refused to turn their light off at about 3am - the staff came, remonstrated with him, and eventually (he wouldn't relent) told him to leave the hostel. In other hostels you would be left to suffer the tyranny of an ignorant customer. Booking is understandably very tight - book early and for your whole stay. After a disastrous previous hostel in Rome, this was a necessary restoration of my faith in travelling.

To check in in the hotel they charge you €3,3 by night, the bathroom seems like is never been cleaned, the window was was broken and couldn't close, the AC didn't work

O hostel é otimo, as camas os armários o banheiro e a ducha sao bons, o quarto é um pouco abafado. O café da manha é bem completinho.

Muy cómodo y los compañeros de las habitaciones también. Está bien ubicado en diagonal justo al centro comercial de la Illa diagonal

service was prima, hotel kamer daarentegen niet. lakens van vorige gasten lagen nog op de bedden. er zaten talloze *****a vlekken op de matrassen. haren in de douche grond niet schoon ronduit walgelijk.

La cocina común tenía los utensilios muy desgastados y el espacio tenía bastantes puntos sucios o deteriorados.

Lugar limpo, organizado, bom atendimento e boa acomodação.
