Ulasan Axel Hotel Barcelona & Urban Spa- Adults Only

- Impolite and even rude service at the check-in -Gym is not clean. Rusty machine broken for long time -You can hear toilet water of room above flush past you - renovations / drilling from 9 am onwards - doors of the rooms are loud when closing (even with earplugs) - good location :)

Good location, nice art, room size, shared balcony, there was just cigarette smoke In the room and they couldn’t change room as it was evening but offered to change next day, it was luck i suppose. And unfortunately the spa was not complimentary which we did not like.

Little far from the centre , have to walk around 30 minutes to go there , rest ovarall not bad , just the hotel and hotel area is famour for some special people , A friend was shocked and was afraid to go to the room with me , But its ok , nowdays its freedom to everone to love whomsover they like

In need of improvement: cleaning service needs to improve on details; building in general needs to be refreshed and renewed; ridiculously overpriced Skybar. Positive: calm and relaxed atmosphere, chill areas, a very nice work area, nice mattresses.

we enjoyed really the stay, it was good choice as for location and price per room

Very central location, but the hotel has certainly gone downhill, all facilities looking increasingly dated and lack maintenance

It was our aniversario we were not explain that there was a gym and or that Skybar had a theme night every night. Although some of the staff was really nice and helpful other had a bit of cocky attitude.

Very friendly hotel - interesting design.

We had a great stay here, it’s very close to key sights in Barcelona, and close to the metro if you need to get around the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great, decent size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

巴塞隆拿很差的一間酒店，我們入住的時候選擇了一個內窗的尾房給我，房間裏面沒有插座。 前台人員懶懶散散，推脱責任，當班經理來了跟我們掰扯也就是敷衍了事。這家酒店也有很多特殊的地方（adult only），安全問題也需要得到重視。 周邊好的酒店很多，來遊玩的遊客沒必要選擇這家。

Изначально предоставили ужасный номер с ужасной ванной комнатой. Через день решили узнать, возможно ли сменить номер и нам предоставили уже нормальный номер. Учтите, что фото представленные тут не относятся к стандартным номерам (скорее всего на фото - люкс)
