The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good.
For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

Soomin—at check in was lovely & wonderful so thanks :) However, the breakfast waiters/staff- were the rudest. I have never experienced such bad service and I’m not the type of person who is bothered by service. They were rude, snappy, slow and insulting and called our tip “fun” when we simply only were bought a orange juice 30 minutes late

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

TTamuThis was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

MMr TongThe location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me.
If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access.
Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄
No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.

PPengguna AnonimHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

TTamuHotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
