Choosing this hotel for the second time as extremely pleased both with quality of amenities and, comfort, nice location next to the train station and by far one of the best breakfast selection I could see in the hotels - well done!

The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.

Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience. Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

Bardzo duży pokój z widokiem na Motławę i nabrzeże. Szerokie łóżko, Praktyczne szafy i komody, gdzie można umieścić ubrania. Funkcjonalne oświetlenie pokoju. W łazience wanna i prysznic. Uśmiechnięty personel. Możliwość rezerwacji parkingu. Restauracja MDWA fine dining. Naprawdę warto, choć ceny niemałe.

Check in/out was fast and easy. Room was super clean and tidy. Shower had good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Wifi simple to connect to and the breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang nyaman di dekat kota tua dan di jalan yang tenang. Kamar-kamar dilengkapi dengan baik dengan sofa kecil, beberapa kursi, meja, dan pencahayaan yang bagus. Kamar mandi bersih dengan tekanan shower yang baik. Kami menggunakan sauna dan kolam renang yang berada di gedung sebelah. Ketika kami pergi di malam hari itu cukup sibuk, ruang ganti untuk pria / wanita tetapi kamar mandinya terpisah. Hotel ini memiliki banyak tempat parkir di jalan ketika kami menginap sehingga kami beruntung - hotel telah membayar parkir sebesar 80 PLN untuk parkir di parkade mereka. Kami menemukan tidak banyak di dekat hotel kecuali beberapa restoran dan toko serba ada. Banyak restoran dan toko berada dalam jarak 5-10 menit berjalan kaki sehingga cukup nyaman.

Per problemi di overbooking ci hanno cambiato hotel con un'altro della stessa catena di categoria superiore.
