PPengguna AnonimThe location of the hotel is by walking distance to attraction such as Chinggis Khan museum,Sukhbaatar square, Government Palace. Room is very spacious. Bathroom’s rainshower and headshower are excellent with strong water pressure. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are polite and kind. Great view from the room overlooking a big local temple and houses on the hill.

TTamuThe hotel seems a bit worn out despite being renovated not long ago. The lifts had see-through walls that show non-plastered wall, which was strange, but I didn't ask about it. Bath towels were frayed at the edges. Saw a loose nail from the furniture on the floor. Never got the morning call that I requested. The driver they booked to send me to the airport did not turn up but the front desk personnel got me another set of wheels to the airport. Otherwise, it looks like he was about the drive me there himself, which I appreciated. What I like about the hotel is its location, walking distance to the square, Gobi cashmere and convenient store etc. In addition, the hotel doesn't seem to be overly crowded, so it is easier with the lifts and breakfast.

TTamuThe hotel has a great location. Using the UBcab app, a taxi costs about two or three US dollars to get to the city center. The hotel is located on the 11th to 13th floors, with a shopping mall and two floors of restaurants downstairs. However, most restaurants close around 7 PM, so you'll need to go to nearby restaurants. Although the room is right next to the train tracks, there's no noise from midnight until 6 or 7 AM. Trains don't run frequently outside of these hours, so I, who's sensitive to noise, didn't need the earplugs provided by the hotel. We booked a quad room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two single beds were located in a dead corner of the room, and the comforter was too thick, so the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it a bit warm! We saw two insects, which was a bit surprising! The air conditioner malfunctioned for two consecutive nights. On the first night, the staff arrived and contacted someone else, and it was back to normal after about ten minutes. On the second night, the air conditioner stopped working again (the screen didn't display the temperature), but it suddenly returned to normal after about ten minutes. I called the staff online, but it suddenly returned to normal. I hope the hotel addresses this issue! We rented for four days and three nights. The room was serviced on the second day, but not on the third. The young male receptionist at the front desk spoke good English and was very polite. He deserves our praise!

AAlfongThe standards of this hotel was not befitting of Novotel chain. There was no TV guide & electrical chargers were not set up properly & we had to shift the locations to charge my devices. Room was spacious & quiet expect for several tour groups designated on the same floor as ours which resulted unpeaceful nights. Service quality was acceptable but the management should seriously looked into quality & service standards of this hotel.

TTamuIt is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.
