Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good!
My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

This is the best hotel during our Japan travel this year. The hotel is conveniently located beside Kanazawa station (approximately 3mins walking). There is a Lawsons near the station. Everything was top notched, and staff were polite too. The room was very spacious and there's a bathtub too. Overall, we had a very great time staying here. 👍👍

my room was amazing!! the extra desk space was really good for multiple night stays. they also have onsens with free sample toiletries. i got some as souvenirs and the hada nature brand was awesome.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property location wise from the station is in a great position. Noise wise, not so good! We were room 702, it was very noisy with the trains going by constantly. The room is also very hot, with the heating automatically controlled by the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu and very expensive for what it is, we paid for 3 days of breakfast up front, but after the first day decided not to have it again. Only 2 machines in the entire hotel for laundry.

Spacious lounge area that had free flow beverages in the evening during our stay. Competent breakfast but lack variety as there was no change in menu during our 3 days stay.
You can access the restaurants in the same building via the escalator in the shared outdoor area next to the restaurant. Location is superb as it’s a short mostly sheltered walk to Kanazawa station

Located about 10min walk from Kanazawa station, very near Omicho market, hotel Forza was very advanced in the check in process. It was a decent hotel with a small coin laundry room (4 machines). However, I had 2 unhappy encounters. Trip didn't allow me to modify the dates (cancel 1 night) so I called the hotel directly. I was told by Amy or Emi to cancel the entire booking (which did not incur additional charges) and rebook, which resulted in a higher price per night. When I checked in, I didn't like the layout of the room which I was not aware of from the photos prior - bed directly facing the door, it wasnt possible to watch the TV from the bed nor from the swivel chair unless I turn it around (I bought take outs for my dinner), so I called the front desk to ask for a change (I also checked online and saw that there were available rooms) however I was rejected by Amy/Emi once again, with the reason that their housekeeping would have to make rounds again and will incur additional charges. I decided not to argue further and made do with it for my 3 nights of stay.

The positive reviews are real! We're very glad to have stayed here and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
First off, the buffett breakfast is amazing: it offers local Kanazawan fare to standard Japanese favourites like tempura, sushi and sashimi to ubiquitous American breakfast offerings like sausages, bacon and a wide choice of eggs. Fancy sparkling wine for breakfast? They're available as well!
Secondly, great location. 3 mins walk to Omichi market, 10 mins to Kanazawa castle, 10 mins to Higashi Chaya, 20 mins to Nagamachi District. Honestly, Kanazawa is such a walkable town, you are always able to walk from one attraction to the next. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus from mid-morning to late afternoon that runs to Kanazawa station and back.
Rooms are well-appointed, large by Japanese standards and there's even a bathtub. Two thumbs up!

The sanitation is very good, the room is big, and there is a bus stop at the intersection outside.

Stayed there during the new year. And experienced earthquake on January 1st 2024. Staff was very professional about it. And evacuated everyone fast. Hotel did not collapse! :)

SSivanuttRoom is quite big compare with other normal hotel in Japan, bathroom also big and have a lot of space.
They have humidifiers in the room for use during winter, Counter or checking machine is avaliable on front lobby floor with foreign friendly.

JJayelle ChngDefinitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Hotel is 3 bus stops away from Kanazawa Station, and mins away from all the famous attractions in Kanazawa. We basically walked our 3D2N without taking any buses other than from the station to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious, enough to put and open both our 30 inch luggages, and still have sufficient room to walk around. Best part was really the washing machine that comes with dryer. We left the room washing our clothes, and came back to crispy dry clothes!! Best feeling ever.

Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores.
The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful!
We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa.

This is a self-driving tour. The parking lot is in the next building and the connecting passage is on the 3F.
The reception desk is very welcoming and there is no problem communicating in English.
But the room itself is a bit old and the equipment is like that of the previous generation.
There is a post office nearby, which is convenient for sending postcards.

GGuest UserIt is not my first time to visit the Dormy Inn chain with the onsen available in every hotel. As always, the room is spacious and clean, and the onsen has both indoor and outdoor bath. It is within 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station with easy access. There are numerous washing machines (free of charge!) and dryers available, so you don’t have to queue for washing machines if you had a long trip and need your clothes to be washed. There is a wall of manga outside the onsen and washing area for killing time. I will definitely continue to choose Dormy Inn if available.

PPatimaI had a comfortably pleasant experience at this hotel. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and situated in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. Although the hotel has limited on-site parking on a first-come, first-served basis, there are plenty of pay parking options nearby, which put my mind at ease.
The bed was incredibly comfortable with a thick mattress and two pillows – one firm and one less firm – to suit different preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

RReenaThe hotel is at a prime location on the main street and close to most of the attractions. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They served western style breakfast. The spread was good and tasty. The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The occupancy of the restaurant, public bath and other shared spaces can be checked from the room on the tablet. The only issue was that the blinds in the room did not block the outside light. Hence, it disturbed the sleep.
