Hotel dengan Bar di Bordeaux

The location is good, close to the wine museum and easy access to public transportation. However, it took 20-30 to reach central location where most of the attractions are located. The hostel itself is good, clean, and friendly atmosphere. The lounge area is quite big, a lot of space to relax. Bed and bathroom are clean.

第一次去波爾多參加紅酒馬拉松 。這是我喜歡的兩件事情！法國人的低效和鬆弛以及略帶高傲的姿態是我喜歡不起來的原因 這家餐廳最後發現是個日本餐廳，憑本事選你喜歡的酒的話還是不錯的，但是最後沒有熱主食 破例給我住了一碗法國日式的中國蔬菜掛麪 ！最後第二天發生了我的波士頓馬拉松的紀念夾克沒有了 另外結賬多收我2700多歐元 説是收錯了 一開始還不肯給我賬單 最後發現收錯了我差點報警 才承認錯誤 這個問題始終處於不了了之狀態 攜程的溝通也是蒼白無力 看起來攜程在海外尤其歐洲這樣的地區還不夠有影響力 順便還提一嘴 停車費一晚40歐元…

While the immediate neighborhood is an area of regeneration, the hotel itself features excellent amenities, including a rooftop bar/restaurant and great value for money. It is an efficient, stylish, and highly-rated base for exploring Bordeaux, though central attractions require a short walk or tram ride.

Pengalaman di hotel ini luar biasa. Pertama, kami khawatir tentang lokasinya, namun metro di depan hotel membuat segalanya begitu mudah dan mudah diakses. Satu hal yang menarik perhatian kami adalah kurangnya meja resepsionis. Saya pikir ini akan membatasi layanan, namun ternyata layanan sederhana dan ramah disediakan oleh karyawan yang efisien dan baik hati. Sarapannya juga sangat positif, baik untuk variasi maupun kualitas makanannya. Yang saya lewatkan adalah fasilitas lainnya, seperti minibar di kamar dan sandal, misalnya. Hal lain yang meninggalkan sesuatu yang diinginkan adalah ”pemandangan kota” yang merupakan jendela yang sangat tinggi untuk diamati, sangat berbeda dari yang diharapkan dari deskripsi ruangan. Dan yang paling saya sukai adalah ruangannya yang sangat nyaman dan ramah, dengan hasil akhir yang bagus serta rangkaian warna dan lampu yang dipilih dengan sangat baik. Kamar mandi sangat bagus dan memiliki layanan pembersihan yang sangat baik. Dan tempat tidurnya... tempat tidurnya... sempurna dan melebihi ekspektasi dalam hal ukuran, kenyamanan dan kualitas seprai dan bantal. Ini pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Hôtel parfaitement situé,service de bagagerie très très pratique,personnel charmant,au calme malgré la proximité du tramway A revoir la propreté des chambres malheureusement,nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits mais la chambre n a pas été nettoyé les draps tout juste tirés avec le lit plus ou moins fait,les toilettes pas nettoyé,la moquette de la chambre pas aspiré et il manquait également une serviette que nous avons dû aller récupérer a l accueil donc a revoir quand même pour un 4 etoiles Sinon au top
