What a special place. In the heart of nature with beautiful hot spring right in your room. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were beautiful with underfloor heating and lovely views. The whole place is really special. Don’t hesitate to stay here. We even arranged with hotel a trip to go see pandas one morning, it was very easy. Would stay here again

318國道上疑被低估的好店 令人印象深刻！ 行程變化臨時決定夜宿天全。此店位置方便，近中醫醫院，停車相當方便。為一園林式建築，結構稍複雜，可簡要分為前後兩部分，以開敞連廊相連。客房多集中在後側，樓高三層無電梯，樓道鋪以地毯，環境清幽寂靜。 客房應該裝修不久，設計合理，空間寬敞明亮，設施齊備嶄新，衞生細節到位，消耗品都印有該店logo，難敵收藏之慾望。首次見到衞生間黑色遮光簾，完全達到實體牆的遮光效果，保障私隱也避免了干擾休息，此乃重大創新值得全國推廣。 單從客房裝修維護上看，足見酒店設計運營者之用心，遠勝於國內大多同行。服務熱情細緻，由於抵達時客人不多，其他見聞倒也無可指摘。即使客人不多，早餐也是到位的，該有的都有，乾淨衞生。 本店硬件設施實為四星標準，以當前價格性價比較高。天全海拔750米，是一個安靜舒適的小規模縣城，以骨科聞名，有椒麻雞等美食，無論是度假休閑還是進出藏路上的臨時休整，都是值得一來的。

The resort tries to be a high end value hotel. Have afternoon tea and dessert at night plus plus...but I think it looks run down outside. Main drawback no forest...🤣. We walked around the nearby vegetable farms which is rather pleasant. But the staff very friendly. But I think the price not quite worth it for China hotels....

酒店位置好，就在熊貓古城城門口，雖然在路邊，但是房間窗户很隔音，房間很乾凈整潔，特別是床睡上去很舒服，詢問了前台妹妹才知道，酒店床墊全部用的是知名品牌金可兒床墊。燈光很不錯，公共區域燈火通明，房間燈光亮度適中，酒店服務人員服務態度很好，隨處碰到服務人員都在主動問好！不錯的一次入住體驗，下次還選擇熊貓老家大酒店！
