The disadvantage is: when we arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk informed that there was no room. The guests who stayed in front had not checked out. We needed to wait in the lobby. We also agreed that there was no opinion. It is understandable that because of the long-distance driving to the hotel, people have three urgent wants to go to the toilet first. But the front desk clerk said that there was no female toilet, especially a waitress who looked like a manager without a vest at the front desk in the lobby (from the tone she spoke to other waiters in uniform clothes, she felt that it was their boss - with majesty) Her attitude when she spoke to us was: cold face, shaking her head, seeing elsewhere, saying that there was no women's toilet, no, no, and asking us to go to the toilet in a swimming pool outside. When we returned to the front desk of the hotel again, we saw the manager chatting with his mobile phone at the front desk. He was happy and smiled. It is definitely different from the attitude when communicating with us before. The service industry today pays so much attention to service attitude and the quality of the people is constantly improving. Her service awareness and service attitude are really undesirable! GGuest UserThe service is pretty good and the sanitation is OK. I just stayed here for one night before catching a flight and took a taxi to get in and out. I don't know if the location is good.
You get two breakfasts for free when you check in. There are many breakfast varieties to choose from, which is okay. Milk is good. The attitude of the staff is quite good. There were not many guests staying, so it was quite quiet.
There is a road construction in front of the hotel recently, so it will be a bit noisy during the day.
It's not on the main road, so there probably aren't many customers there.
