TTamuThe location is off the main city but that is the charm of it as it is less crowded and provided the much needed serenity the place has to offer. The service of the place was excellent and delicately provided to suit your needs. It is simple, beautiful and very homely.

Cchillil自駕過去的時候小哥很貼心的幫我們安排了提前入住還升級了房型，走進房間的時候真的很驚喜，提前打好了空調也不會覺得很冷，一直很想要住這種空間大大的，在房間裏就能夠看到海的房間，而且在沙發上就能曬到太陽！早餐阿姨也很貼心一直擔心我們不夠吃，其他的餐食也都很美味，而且還能夠幫我送到房間，每天遊玩回來點一些小食別提多舒服啦，特別是飲料又好吃又好看，走之前還打包了一杯路上喝～小姐姐也很man走的時候一定要幫我們提最重的行李箱，還是很幸運這次能夠選擇這家度過我們的平潭之遊～非常期待下次夏天再見一面👋

TTamuThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

TTamu一推開門就被整面落地窗的無敵海景狠狠驚艷到，窩在床上望海天一色，都有種把整片大海搬進房間的治癒感。房間是簡約又有温度的侘寂風，暖黃燈光和木質地板的搭配讓人一進來就徹底放鬆。千鳥格床品柔軟親膚，藤編茶几和窗邊沙發的細節也透着用心。清晨伴着海浪聲醒來（關窗很安靜），傍晚看着落日把海面染成暖橙色，這種沉浸式的海景體驗，完全超出預期！
