TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

AAnyouweiEvery time I stay here, I stay for several days in a row. The hotel staff have very good service. Not only can they perfectly solve the problems I encounter, but they also clean up in time in the evening. It is really a very good choice for people who change day and night. The staff are available 24 hours a day to help solve problems at any time. I won’t say too much about the rooms. Everyone who has stayed there says they are good!

JJu13The hotel is very close to the Baotou east railway station. It is easily accessible by Taxis. A lot of places to eat are nearby. It was a bit difficult with English, as our Chinese language skills aren't that great; it is good to have a (offline) working Translation App. The staff was very helpful nonetheless.
The breakfast is Chinese food buffet, several choices and a very reasonable price.
The room was spacious and clean.
A second chair for 2 person was the only thing we were missing ;)

JJvictoryWe were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Llaraine_lmq隔了7年再次入住，感覺設備確實有些老舊，新酒店頻頻新開，以前爆滿的情景恐怕也不易再現，但服務衞生都沒説的。特別感謝餐廳師傅：看到我們因為沒水果刀，拿着自己買的花萊柿找到餐廳，二話沒説，接了過去，貼心仔細洗了外皮，專業切分擺盤，讓我們拿回房間——心裏暖暖的！

The day before check-in, the hotel staff called to inquire about the arrival time. They said that they would perform the ceremony of offering Hada and drinking wine at the door. When the car drove to the parking lot, they saw the staff welcoming us. Although the ceremony of offering Hada and drinking wine at the end was very hasty, it still happened.
The staff came to introduce the facilities in the room to us. Later, they introduced some consumption items. The prices were relatively high. There was a bonfire party in the park at night. You can also watch the bonfire party while eating skewers.
Generally speaking, it is very good to have such facilities in the depths of the grassland.

XxcdfThe resort is big, the rooms are clean, it is a regular resort. Ms. Yu, who was in charge of the reception, was very kind. She upgraded us to the viewing room for free, and helped us buy a tour package with a huge discount. She took us all the way around and helped us take pictures. I like it here. First, I rode a horse for an hour, and then went to watch the legend of Monan, where the equestrian show was very shocking. After that, I went to the ranch, drank mare's milk, took pictures in Mongolian clothes, archery and so on. In the evening, we will have a horse banquet at the resort, and there will be a song and dance performance for more than an hour, followed by bonfires and fireworks. Although it is the off-season and there are not many tourists, the actors are very good at mobilizing the atmosphere and everyone is having a good time.

GGuest UserThe scale of the scenic area is very large. The one-stop service of accommodation, catering and entertainment is very good. The room has Mongolian characteristics, clean and considerate. There are many things to play. I was a little scared when I first rode a horse, but I finally overcame my fear. The most memorable thing is the [Zha Ma Banquet]. MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThe yurts are a modern twist on the traditional yurts, these are more like hotel suites with a bathroom and separate shower within the yurt, a good feature if you are not looking for the authentic yurt experience. The drive to the grounds is very rural and you will drive past beautiful countryside scenery. within the grounds itself there isnt much to do, the owner will take you to neighbouring yurt hotels for bonfire, music and dance shows. On our drive back to Hohhot saw many other yurt complexes with more amenities (I don't know what the price difference is) and can't complain about the service, staff were very helpful and kind.
