I brought my parents here for a hot spring getaway. The 98-square-meter room type includes a private hot spring in the yard. We stayed for two days and it was exceptionally comfortable. Driving out for meals was also convenient. The entire hotel is nestled within a tropical rainforest. Highly recommend!"

Upon entering the hotel, you're greeted with warm and attentive service; the staff are always smiling, and every detail is handled perfectly. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is soft, and lying down feels like relieving all fatigue. The facilities are complete and brand new, making you feel meticulously cared for. From the environment to the service, from the hardware to the software, everything is satisfactory. Such an excellent hotel deserves five stars!"

"The room they showed us was clean but the one they gave us claiming its better, was moldy. The light in the balcony was broken so they gave us a flashlight instead. There's a big TV in the room but you can't use it because it doesn't connect to anything. The hot water just stopped so we had to wait for quite a while before they fixed it, and when they did, it was filled with some white residue. But the worse part was waking up in the morning to find my car covered in ants. After 3 hours drive and 2 car washes, the ants are still there. Im giving 2 stars to the service, only because they offered to upgrade our room... after 2 hours of people walking in and trying to fix things ... which we refused because it was too late. Most of the breakfast (which wasn't much) looked like leftovers."

"I really don't recommend this hotel. There is really no experience. There are only four hot spring pools. One of them is only shallow enough to reach the calf. The water is very dirty and the water temperature is very cold. There is no one to manage the hot spring hotel pool area. Bathrobes can only be placed on the floor where bath towels are placed. The hotel service is too bad. First, I called to send a few bath towels. The front desk said that it is the peak season and they will charge a bath towel washing fee of 10 yuan per towel. Second, I saw it on Ctrip reviews. I called the front desk for late check-out and they said it was the peak season and I couldn't check out late. They were very rude. No matter what I asked for, they would just use the peak season as an excuse. However, only a few hot springs were open. There were not many people eating breakfast. There were no people in the whole hotel. The hotel staff are lazy and mean. Don't believe the recommended posts on Xiaohongshu. They are probably just advertisements. I booked this hotel because I believed the post on Xiaohongshu. The room type, environment and service are all like a guesthouse. The hygiene level is also worrying. I really admire that the bathroom does not put toiletries but put them on the sink. That means I have to take them in myself. The room is also very dirty, as if it has not been cleaned. The breakfast time is only until 9:30. You get up late. You can't have breakfast at one o'clock. I didn't eat it anyway. My parents went to eat and said there was nothing to eat and it was very unpalatable. All in all, this hotel really has no advantages. Please avoid it and don't book it!"

"A Fading Five-Star Hotel This hotel, once built to top-tier five-star standards by a state-owned enterprise in Hainan, now presents a strikingly contradictory picture. On one hand, the in-room facilities are all high-end imported brands. The living experience is on par with a JW Marriott, offering incredibly good value for money. On the other hand, its exterior facilities are rather indescribable. The pool, hot springs, and the surrounding scenery all have a distinctly vintage feel, hinting at its past glory. This likely explains its current price point. Since I don't use hot springs and only needed a place to stay for one night, it was acceptable for me. Gazing at Qixianling in the distance, perhaps this hotel perfectly illustrates the changes of time. 'Gold on the inside, rags on the outside' best describes it, what a shame. Note: The indoor photos show the room after a complimentary upgrade."
