Ulasan Starlight International Hotel

Semuanya bagus. Restoran dan prasmanan yang bagus. Staf yang baik. Kolam renangnya bagus. Lokasi pusat, dekat mal modern. Sangat bagus untuk hotel bintang 4.

Hotel is nice across from shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast has plenty options.

The hotel is very comfortable with wonderful service! Unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at before, this one did not have any cigarette smell. The staff are friendly to foreigners and the breakfast includes both Chinese and Western cuisines. Will definitely visit again in the future!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

首先感謝李興麗和董靜在我們整個住宿環節中的無微不至，從一開始預訂以後美好的服務就開始了，到最後的美好祝福可以説遠遠超出我的預期。説心裡話，自己攜家人去過很多國內外的地方，各種類型的酒店，度假村，賓館，民宿，青旅，客棧，從極度奢華到一貧如洗的風格經歷過無數次，星光給我的感覺像家，也許保定這個城市還有很多不錯或者比較有特色的酒店，但如果讓我建議我會極力推薦。無論從位置（對面就有超大的購物廣場，去必打卡景點也很方便），美食（各種經典小吃步行即可到），服務，硬件設施（有孩子們喜歡的游泳池，温泉泡池）都很滿意，如果非要我提出點建議就是兩點：1.早餐雖然很豐富，但是希望可以精益求精一些2.游泳池的水温太涼了。 有機會去保定，我們還會考慮入住，再次感謝！

從邯鄲回京來不及決定在保定住一晚，對比了同級別幾家最終選擇來星光果然不負期待，服務周到。酒店位置也很便利，對面就是商場，旁邊還有廣場，購物和休閑一體。前台服務人員給升級了更寬敞的房型，能看到夜景還不吵，看到我們帶孩子一會兒就給送來了小童拖鞋和洗漱用具。床品很舒服枕頭不高不矮剛合適，睡一晚很大的緩解了路上的疲勞。早餐中西搭配，非常新鮮豐盛，真的想每樣都吃，奈何沒那麼大的胃，圖中衹是冰山一角。今早保定下起了雨，退房的時候服務員還貼心得送了雨傘，這次入住遇到的每個服務員都很敬業始終微笑服務，很滿意。就是星光下午茶套餐忘記也來不及消費了。等着下次再來吧～

五一假期去保定逛逛，入住星光國際酒店2天，前台服務人員每一位都非常熱情，主動介紹特色小吃和景點開門時間、高峯時間段等情況，能感受到是發自內心的希望客人滿意的那種態度，很感動。酒店準備了小朋友的小玩具、拖鞋、小熊玩偶，有歡迎水果，很好吃的下午茶點，離店時的伴手禮，處處體現了親和的心思。酒店位置也非常方便，對面有保百商場、超市、星巴克，附近有保定家宴、保定食堂、麪包店等各色美食，沒有交通擁堵和嘈雜。總之，很好很滿意。

這家酒店真是保定之旅一個亮點，整體感覺非常好 環境：現代風高端大氣雅緻 服務：每位員工都面帶微笑很熱情，大堂經理和引導員們非常有眼力見兒，給人很貼心的感覺 設施：細節決定成敗，房間裏的文具盒等小物件設計得很周到 早餐種類豐富

房間免費升級了親子套房，服務非常好，酒店上面就有蔚來超充電樁，非常方便，對面就是保定百貨大樓，地址地址優越。早餐也很豐富，下次來保定還會選擇這家酒店。酒店大堂服務生也超級友好，我還看了一下服務名牌，叫劉健，送了伴手禮，自製曲奇餅乾🍪

體驗感超棒！ 1、位置極佳，周邊餐飲、商超非常多，到景點都不遠。 2、服務周到，機器人送外賣到房間，店員非常熱情、幫提行李、入住速度快，見面就問候！ 3、贈送早餐、下午茶☕️品種豐盛。 4、房間乾淨、細節處理到位。 有機會一定入住！

這裏叫外賣相當方便 不用自己下去拿 有機器人直接送到房間 方便至極 泳池的水很乾凈 在B座區域 泳池裡的服務人員也同樣熱情洋溢 給我的感覺是整體培訓水平不錯 肯定有個好領導帶領且不説酒店是不是五星 但最起碼態度和行動都是奔着五星去做的 這次保定之行很開心
