The experience was not good, the staff opened the door without knocking first, even though the door was already locked, and there was no apology.

The hotel is still quite new, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is also quite good with a relatively cheap room price. It's worth it for that price with the facilities and services. I will stay here again if I go to Banjarmasin

I have stayed here almost 4 times and have always been satisfied with the hotel room facilities because the location is strategic, clean, the price per night is approved and is quite cheap because it includes breakfast.

Overall it's good. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet is lacking and the AC is not cold enough

For cleanliness, it's good, although there are a few dusty corners such as cupboards and tables. For the location, it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret, and also next to a karaoke entertainment venue. For friendly service. It's a bit unfortunate to get a room with a clogged sink, but overall everything is good.

Kendala wifi tidak bisa diakses bila didalam kamar

Sudah sangat cukup baik untuk tempat menginap dengan harga yg sedang dikantong sudah include sarapan dan dekat dgn tempat makan, cafe, indomaret. Walaupun fasilitas di dalam kamar tidak menyediakan kettle pemanas & juga hairdryer di toilet serta suara bising dari kamar lain masih jelas terdengar dari kamar. Overall semuanya didalam kamar bersih, tapi untuk saran sebaiknya didalam kamar diberikan pengharum ruangan supaya menambah kesan bersih & mewah serta di dalam toilet juga diberikan pengharum karena bau pengap dari toilet sangat mengganggu menurut saya.
