Only good thing about this guesthouse is the location - it's not a hotel by any means. Not even close.
The room I stayed in for one Night was clean and big enough for me, had a outdoor area also. They have toothbrush and toothpaste also, shampoo, shower gel, some water, kettle, etc. It's convenient as I have a early flight the next morning .. other than that there's no other reason to stay there unless you have to fly early morning.
There were some Chinese guests that were complaining about the room being smelly.. if China people are complaining about that then you know it's got to be dirty lol I was lucky though, my room was clean. The guesthouse has a few buildings, A, B, C, etc. Outside got some Marvel statues which I thought was cool.

Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel is the oldest airport hotel of Thailand. It is of walking distance to Terminal 1 of Don Mueang Airport, the original Bangkok Airport.
The room's bed is huge but there are not enough power points. I wish the hotel management can install a power point next to the study desk.
The swimming pool area is the worst place to be despite I was given a discount coupon for drinks and beverages. This is because mosquitoes are prevalent at the swimming pool area. I advise guests going to the swimming pool area where the hotel bar is located to wear long-sleeved shirts. I wonder how the Caucasian guests can stand up with the mosquitoes flying there.
The bar staff said the management staff cannot do anything with the mosquito problem.
The complimentary breakfast consists of many fruits located at the centre of the Zeppelin Restaurant, the hotel's restaurant. The dining atmosphere is livelier than Siam Mandarina Hotel.
Vegetarian food are also served by Zeppelin.
The hotel is currently under renovation until 28 February 2025.
This is the third time that I have stayed in this hotel in order to connect to my first flight from Don Mueang to Vientiane on 12 February 2025.
The first time when I stayed in Amari Don Mueang Airport Hotel dates back to 2019 before the covid epidemic broke out in *****. That was in preparation for my second trip to Chiang Mai.

Convenient from Don Muang airport. 10 mins walk from hotel to train station. 1st room they gave us was not clean, full of mosquitoes, no amenities provided. After informing the front desk that we were staying for 5 nights, they gave us another room, clean, no mosquitoes and amenities provided. Outdoor swimming pool available. Breakfast food basic and almost the ae everyday.
Okay place if you just want to spend a night somewhere near the airport. Would not recommend for a long stay.

Location is nice. There’s subway station which helps to avoid traffic, room is nice and clean, but smell not good. We kept open windows and conditioner together. Personal is very nice , restaurant at the first floor is good and food is delicious, but breakfasts are not good from my observation. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, mattress was moving all the time, was not comfortable to sleep.
That’s actually all what I can say 🙏 thank you

It was so dirty since I open the door…
Some pieces of hair and dust on the floor.. looks like no one clean anything at all.
And dirty bedsheet (I open to check after dirty floor)
Maid was at the front of the room and I asked her to came and clean again but I found the dust coat on the phone…. 😭 So I went down to the reception and shown the photo and they offer to change the room. Staff at the front and bellman was helpfully but still disappointed cause that was 4pm to check in and quite tired after a long way. Also the new room was cleaned but smell and smaller than the first one but I don’t want to move anymore.

Very nice and recommend!
The room is clean and soundproof. There is an additional parking space at the parking building at the back, but you have to exchange a card to get a key card. This part is a bit confusing because no one recommends it. The staff provides good service, but if you want to know something, just ask and then give more advice. The food and drinks in the morning taste good.

Well, I should tell that Maung area it is not nice , but this is not a problem of the hotel. I didn’t like that I couldn’t have WiFi , even after my request and the staff “tried to resolve a problem”, but he didn’t. On the web you can see that it is very close to the airport, in fact for 40 bath you must book a shuttle… it is ok, but do not tell that it is a walking distance. In 15 min you will arrive to the airport, but be careful of shuttle schedule. The hotel staff is enough nice.

Here is a good location with 24 h check in. Very nice staff at every part.
If we have a big luggage, the hotel has an elevator to carry. The room is big, clean, and has microwave. Breakfast is great, more than the price we paid and expected. Shuttle bus to near Donmuang airport is available from 4:00 am. The luggage can keep in hotel if we book the hotel for the date of return flight, up to 7 days. I do appreciate this hotel.

GGuest UserExcept that it is not easy to find, everything else is very good. As a transit hotel passing through Bangkok, the price-performance ratio is really high.
The main objective reason for the difficulty in finding it is that it is indeed a bit remote; another temporary reason is that the road is being repaired by the river and the navigation has not been updated in time, so you can only walk around.
It has just opened, the interior is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there are 7-11 convenience stores nearby, and it is within a ten-minute walk to the subway station〈Kan Kheha〉.

MmaturostThe room is comfortable, suitable for resting or working. The room I got had a problem with the shower. The shower head was hanging and had black tape wrapped around it. The accommodation had to go into the alley. At night, there was an orange light, dark in the community area. The room used a container cabinet converted into a room. The air conditioner was cold. There was a hot water kettle and a hair dryer. You have to ask at the counter. There is a 200 baht key deposit (cash). The accommodation is in Soi Ram Intra 5, Intersection 9. In front of the alley, there is a 7-11 and a barbecue restaurant.

AAnonymous UserThere are two buildings. There is a gas station in front of the apartment. There is a 711 opposite, which is super convenient. There is a late-night snack stall selling chicken rice, wonton noodles and the like.
I live next door to a river and I can see big lizards. I've never seen anyone before, but I'm quite happy. It's convenient for Don Mueang Airport. It takes 20 minutes by taxi. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided. A deposit of 500 baht is required. The quilt is very soft and the bath water is not hot. Acceptable and highly recommended to everyone
