Ulasan S31 Sukhumvit Hotel

Secara keseluruhan pelayanannya baik, namun beberapa fasilitas di dalam kamar tidak berfungsi seperti bathtub tidak dapat menampung air. Mengenai makanannya, mereka menyediakan prasmanan internasional dengan harga 1099 baht per orang. Menurut saya, harganya tidak mahal, tetapi sebagian besar makanan panasnya dingin dan hambar.

Sangat sangat senang menginap di S31 untuk kedua kalinya. Hotel yang terletak persis di pojok jalan utama Sukhumvit ini sangat ideal bagi saya. Kamar bersih, kasur dan bantal nyaman. Yang terpenting, acungan jempol untuk resepsionis, ruang sarapan, petugas concierge, dan staf housekeeping yang sangat ramah dan proaktif. Saya pasti akan memesan akomodasi di S31 lagi untuk perjalanan saya berikutnya ke Bangkok. Hebat, pertahankan!

Kamar pertama - AC rusak dan harus pindah ke kamar lain pada malam pertama. Kamar kedua - pindah ke kamar yang sedikit lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan kamar pertama dengan lorong yang lebih sempit dari satu sisi tempat tidur ke sisi lainnya. Air panas tidak berfungsi untuk mandi. Kedua kamar dilengkapi dengan dapur kecil dan meja bar. Lokasi - di pusat kota yang dikelilingi pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat makan. Namun, kedua sisi jalan macet parah dari pagi hingga malam.

The location is awesome. Right cross of em speare and near bts. There are so many restaurants and bars near the hotel. The hotel is a little bit old

The location is nearby everything and the shopping mall is opposite of the road. However, it’s 4 stars hotel so not perfect but good.

Location is very convenient but the tv and room service is not up to standard. The room key cards always not functioning

The room is same like photo . The hotel is abit worn out but they do try to maintain. Opposite is emphere shopping mall. Terminal 21 Shopping mall is around 13 mins walking distance. Nearby a lot of restaurant. Service staffs are all kind with greetings and smile.

There was no basic kettle provided in the room to boil water — I had to specifically request one. Although a microwave was available, that was the only convenience. I accidentally spilled a drink and urgently used a towel to clean it up. Later, I was charged a 200 baht penalty for making the towel "dirty," which felt excessive, especially since I had generously tipped housekeeping. When I asked to book a morning airport transfer, the concierge insisted on calling a car he knew. He encouraged me to cancel my Grab booking (which was 300 baht), and I ended up paying 500 baht instead. On top of that, the driver tried to avoid toll fees by taking long detours, and I almost arrived late to the airport. The hotel is expensive, but rooms with a jacuzzi require an additional payment. The location isn’t particularly convenient either. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and I had to reconnect repeatedly, which was very frustrating. My first visit to Thailand was so disappointing that I have no desire to ever return

I feel always home in S31. Warm and friendly people working there in all positions. The bed and bedding is superb! Pool is nice and the gym usable! Good and rich breakfast.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room can be quite dusty especially behind the curtains, basin wasn't clean with stains. Amenities are not topped up which I felt the room attendant should need to be more attentive. The staff at the lobby was always friendly and smiling, welcoming guests in and out of the hotel. Despite the minor hiccups, still a very nice hotel and can be considered to be back if I come back to Bangkok.
