Keramahan dan layanan yang luar biasa dari awal hingga akhir. Terletak di dekat BTS thong lor yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota Sangat disarankan!!

Semuanya baik, kecuali untuk sarapan! Dari meja depan hingga rumah tangga, semua staf sangat baik dan sangat membantu! Jika dapat memiliki ruang olahraga 24 jam dan beberapa (atau setidaknya satu) restoran yang bagus akan menjadi sempurna!

This is my fourth times stayed in Ascott Thonglor Hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and considered to help me to upgrade to three bedrooms with a good price, so we could enjoy a well stay in the hotel with family members, we would like to Thanks the team of Boot/Aom/Nina/Pure and Ning, they are very professional and we surely will come again in near future.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just few minutes walk from BTS station. The room is big and clean, love everything there. Their outdoor swimming pool have very nice view for sunset. Lastly, their staff are so friendly and helpful too.

Spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment for my family of four. The wash/dryer/clothing rack(available upon request)was a huge bonus. Breakfast was tasty. Shower water was hot and consistent. Overall great value for money. We would stay there again next time.

We have chosen a suite with 2 rooms for a stay of 3 nights for 3. Spacious common area, best for chilling and night time snack. There’s a washing machine even. Location is great. Next to other large hotel chain. Can take BTS to escape the Bangkok traffic. Friendly staff.

Getting to places will be a problem by car sometimes due to the massive jam right outside the hotel’s entrance and exit. Called guest service to clear my room service plates but they didn’t come and I had to ring a second time. Called them the next night to help clear my bin (it was full thanks to takeout) and they didn’t appear again. We always remembered to tip when asking for help btw, don’t get me wrong. Ultimately gave up and left it outside our room door. Many nice bars and eateries around, including great coffee, brunch and some bomb ass ramen. Area is somehow a “mini Japan” and there’s a big mall nearby - Emquartier! View at the pool isn’t great, breakfast was miserable at best, besides the eggs and bread, but what do you expect for 550thb? All in all still a fairly decent stay. Cheers.

The room is clean and extremely spacious for one person to stay. For the 4D3N that i was there, all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. My room is tided everyday with fresh towels, drinking water and coffee capsules all nicely replenished. Will recommend to my friends for such a nice place. Not to mention that its located conveniently along the NTS

The hotel environment gives the sense of calming, relaxing feel. The breakfast is nice. The hotel reception and room keeping was welcoming. The room is spacious and clean.

truly enjoyed my stay in Ascott Thong Lor.. great service and very friendly hotel staff… my only ‘downside’ of my hotel room was, the water pressure from the rain shower was quite low.. but nothing beats a nice shower and tub soak after a long heaty day in BKK.. will come again to stay!

Like their connecting room~ Big bathtub, kitchen and washing machine are extras to make the stay even better. Easy transportation, 3 mins walk to BTS. Short ride/ 15 min walk to the chic area like Ekkamai too.

This hotel was recommended by friends. We were definitely happy with our choice. Had an issue upon check in as bedsheets had some stains, housekeeping sent someone right away and it was dealt with within 20min. Overall the stay is great, not much outside noise during the morning and night. The lobby does get busy but it shows people do like staying in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and they also have transport service. One quick note is the room we stayed the curtain doesn’t close fully (design flaw) so if you are a light sleeper that gets awoken by sun light then it might be a problem. Will definitely stay again.
