Been staying here in 2018 and they always never fail to make me like welcomed and accommodated. Home away from home.

Hotel is clean, good location, mins walk to Terminal 21 , BTS is near to all shopping mall. Will come back again.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and so was the service. Location is walking distance to. Bustling street. Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a great location to access the MRT or grab a massage and eat. Would definitely come back again. Only downside was that the breakfast buffet leaves you with some not so great options

The front desk service were very friendly and helpful. They are also very obliged to take care of your well being especially when I was leaving the hotel after midnight to aiport. They will ensure you will get a safe transport there. Will come back to this hotel again!

Quite a walk to Asok BTS. Street walk with luggage to hotel from Asok BTS is a struggle as side curbs are too high. Hotel should provide tuk tuk service to Asok BTS. Breakfast was a mad rush for table, food and coffee every morning of our stay. Probably due to year end holidays too many guests. Hotel did not plan well to cater for high guest volume. Room wise was disappointing for their 1 bedroom deluxe. Interior decor was below par. Had a washer included but need to buy detergent. How expensive is it to provide the detergent. Certainly felt not money worth.

Two bedroom suites is comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. My son loves this place. Comfortable bed!

The Maitria ticked all the boxes for us. It was a convenient enough location with lots to walk around and see. The staff were incredibly kind and it was a nice touch to have complimentary water and cokes in the fridge. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but it did the job and again the staff were lovely. I would say it’s a fine place - it’s a bit dated but if you need a place to stay and don’t need anything fancy it will definitely do the job!

1. The hotel is pretty old and looks like it needs a major renovation work 2. The apartment is spacious and good enough for a small family holiday. It comes with basic cooking appliances, plates, fork/spoon/knife, but do not have pots/pans for cooking. It comes with a washer too. However they do not provide any detergent, washing powder nor loose clothes to dry up any washing. It’s a strange arrangement. 3. The breakfast spread is really simple. They provide base bread/butter with sausage/egg and some fried noodles/rice daily. Nothing to cheer about. What’s not professional about their serving crew was their non attentive attitude. They have many of them but they were just talking among themselves. 4. The unsettling situation happened to me when I ordered room service, because we all felt ill and need to rest in our room. To my surprise, they actually charge me BHT 50 to bring the food to my room. Never in all my traveling experiences I encounter such additional cost. They offered me to head downstairs to their coffee house to eat in order to waive off this surcharge. Overall I would have given them a 2/10, but will revise it to 4/10, in view of their competitive pricing for the apartment they priced.
