A 5 mins walk hotel from suvarnabumi Airport, free airport shuttle service, easy walking distance to 7 eleven, restaurants, market, they have a pool and bar/small restaurant,I've stayed here many times before flying up north, very convenient location if your traveling through! Cheap but don’t expect great quality.

Once again the Great Residence delivers, great airport pick up, smooth check in , chill clean room and an ok breakfast

Very convenient to get to from the airport but the room was very smelly. Decent food and bar and good staff.

Lovely traditional hotel within a stones throw of Suvarnibhum airport in Bangkok. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, everything is clean and well maintained. The airport shuttle makes this a perfect location to stay if you’re coming or leaving Thailand.

Comfortable enough good size room with balcony. It is very convenient for the airport & short stays. The hotel operates a half hourly shuttle for 200bht. Staff friendly & helpful. Shops & local restaurants an 8 min walk. Restaurant on site, not the best food, but certainly not the worst. The service was good & the live music when I stayed was great. Swimming pool clean & well kept. Overall, exactly what I was looking for & needed for a short-term stay before leaving Thailand.

Absolutely terrible!! Avoid booking and especially paying before arrival. Booked 2 twin rooms. Dirty on arrival at lobby and offered keys for 2 twin rooms, once he realised we had already paid he said in Thai not thinking we could understand, they paid already don’t give them these, then changed our rooms to the 3rd floor, my mother who is 74 was traveling with us, no lift. Rooms small dirty and noisy. They were rude, no coffe or tea in the room, a lot of Mosquitos though. Breakfast looked so bad we didn’t bother. Other rooms had dirty plates and food left outside, from when we checked in to when we checked out. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. And I live here most of the year.

I have recommended and stayed at this hotel many times over the last 8 years. Last time I recommended it to a friend he was disappointed soi thought just bad luck I used this hotel in April and service was not good but figured I’d try again because maybe just a off day. Tried again. Called the hotel for pick up at airport ( before they had a person at the airport) I waited 2 hours and still no pickup tried calling . Nobody answered the phone. Called my wife to get her to call she speaks better Thai than I do so maybe a translation problem. Again no answer ended up taking a cab to the hotel.. I was not upset at all just figured one of those things but lady at desk was not happy at all. Got a room finally. I have 3 more bookings at this hotel in the next couple months that I will be canceling and I’ll go elsewhere unfortunately. Pool is starting to deteriorate and need maintenance soon that is being overlooked for the last year. I am disappointed losing such a good hotel not sure if it’s under new owners or what but disappointed so time to book elsewhere.

Dreary place poor location room tired and somewhat dirty . No representative for transfer at airport you need to phone hotel not easy if you don't have a Thai phone. The Thai Tourist Information desk near gate 4 will help you. On the plus side it was cheap and did the job of a one night stop. The local shops are a walk along a badly lit road and or very local Thai shops and street food in the main a bit further on I did find a 7/11. Kettle in room but no tea or coffee and no cups spoon sugar etc. I would not stay again.

Basics only Just for sleep its ok...bt if u want gud hotel stay away....

Good location for overnight near the airport. People there are helpful. But hotel is old and wifi was bad.
