Perfect location to access Sukhumvit and Asok. Cles enough to walk but far enough to be peaceful

Our experience was average. Only the towels were changed (I think) and the trash emptied. Toilet paper and bottle water replaced. The bath mat and bedsheets were never changed, the floor of the bedroom and bathroom were not swept throughout our stay. The shower was not draining properly so we were in a pool of water when done taking a shower. A lot of improvements need to be made. Especially room cleanliness.

The hotel could do better with regular maintenance.

有浴缸所以我預定了，但是環境很昏暗 沒有主要的燈源，浴缸也沒熱水 整個房間非常潮濕，我覺得不值這兩千塊

Booked this hotel months in advance only to receive a message 4 days before arrival that the price agreed was incorrect and i needed to pay more. They sent the email through at 1am giving me 2 hours to reply confirming i would accept. Needless to say i was not awake at 1am and when i tried to resolve this at 7am they has already cancelled the booking and wouldn't reinstate it even though i was happy to pay the difference. Seems a little strange to only check the rate days before and cancel when you are charging 2x as much when you still have rooms available. Very poor experience and i would not book to stay here again given the awful customer service.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, i had an amazing, huge suite with really nice furnishing a massive bed, a large bathroom and walk in shower, on the enclosed and covered balcony a big sofa and even bigger jacuzzi. The staff were excellent, room cleaning exceptional, the wi-fi is fast and consistent.

I have a “Premium Room” with king bed. The room was nice but lacks alot. No USB charging points any where. The shower is hard to access and very low. I am not tall only 168cm but the shower is at chest height for sprayer and the fixed head hits your head. It was clean room. Good air con , good location.

Read many good reviews of this hotel before I booked. Can't say I agree. 1: The room smelled strange. Later I found out that the smell came from the floor around the toilet where you could see cracks and moisture. 2: The reception area, hallway and the hotelroom was dirty, dusty, and not well maintained in general. Broken lamps, doorhandles, decoration etc etc.. 3: The fancy lightcontroll-panel box by the bed did not function as it was supposed to function. Half of the lights didnt work, and sometimes it didnt respond at all. The first night I slept there the lightcontroll-panel went haywire while I was sleeping, and all the lights inside the room turned on and off at different intervals. The staff could not fix it, and they had to take out the fuse, including the AC. 8 in the morning next day an electrician fixed it. This hotel was probably really nice in the past, but lack of maintenence, and wear and tear over the years is visible everywhere. The staff however was really nice, but considering the lack of cleanliness in general combined with the leaky toiled, I can't give this place more than 2/5.

Nice hotel nice stuff especially cha cha on the reception. Comfortable room and Near night entertainment and shopping center . Very quiet and clean. Super staff is superb and nice smile and helpful are also polite and great service mind .it is good to be home same as the second home excellent experience staying at the fusion suites hotel asoke

The manager Cha greeted me upon arrival and was able to arrange for same day check-in at 1:00 PM, which was earlier than their normal check-in time. He also upgraded my room for free. The price was 700 baht per night, which I thought had great value. The room itself was large, spacious, and had great lighting. It came well stocked with water, snacks, and everything that I needed. The manager Cha greeted me by name each morning and was extremely helpful whenever I needed anything. Honestly, this was the best stay I've had in Bangkok during my month trip here.
