I would consider to stay here again. Disagree with the negative reviews here. Maybe my luck or bad luck for those with -ve reviews. The hotel is quite dated but the price is suitable for the conditions.

Family of four stayed in a family room for three nights. Room on the 10th floor. Large room, but the bathroom and toilet are very small and difficult to use. Room needs renovation. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are strong. Breakfast is delicious. Variety is decent. However, it is not a 4-star hotel. I would recommend it if it was a 3-star hotel. Location is in the center of Silom Road. There are many restaurants.

Excellent Stay at Furama Silom – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Furama Silom in Bangkok, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city, with nearby access to public transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great city views. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a stunning panoramic view of Bangkok – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and delicious. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or recommendations. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. Overall, Furama Silom provides excellent value for money, combining comfort, great amenities, and top-notch service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Location is tucked away from busy places. Quieter and easier to book grab. 7-11 Is right beside the hotel. Nearest BTS is about 10-15mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is indeed has aged and in dire need of maintenance makeover. Air conditioning was good and solid and not noisy. Cleanliness really depends on your luck of getting which room. Was so glad my room was clean and decent and no cockroach in sight (from the reviews I read earlier). If you purchase breakfast on the spot, it will cost 200 baht per pax. Quite decent breakfast with variety selection of pasta, instant fried noodles, pad thai, porridge, fried rice, vegies, various meat selection, pan cakes, french toast, various kind of bread, sunny side up egg or freshly cooked omelette, fruits and salad, breakfast cereals, and lastly juices, coffee and tea. Overall summary of my stay would be, worth the $$ I paid for in exchange for a comfortable experience. Ask if I would come back and stay here, yes I would.

Food was good during breakfast. Toilet was nice as well however sink clogs up really fast.

Room was not the nicest but was very large. The roof top pool is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

Hotel is dated but everything else is ok and good location for food and near malls

A bit disappointed. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my room, I waited until 2:35pm. They just gave me the room because I decided to stand in front of them until they give me the room. The keycard if stop working they will give you another one but they said “it’s the last one” so if this card stop working you will have to ask some staff to open the door with a key. The pool they control the towels and sometimes no staff there to ask for. Gym also no towels, even tho they have the towel sign. It’s not a bad hotel, they just need to improve and respect a bit more the customers. My floor the aisle AC it was too cold, I asked to turn a bit down and nothing happened.

The location is really great! It's in the heart of Bangkok but away from the craziness of Sukhumvit or Patpong but really close enough to both as well as other attractions. The pool with a 360 view of BKK is great! There are many great food options nearby so I won't bother for the buffet breakfast but if you wanna eat before heading out, it's delicious enough for what you are paying for. Will definitely stay here again.

Very old room. Half of the light switches don’t work. No lights in the bathroom work.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the BTS station. The room is spacious, you need to request some toiletries. Breakfast has a wide range of options. The swimming pool at the rooftop is great.
