Ulasan Arize Hotel Sukhumvit

Pretty good for the price. Cleanliness was slightly below average however the room was big and the location was great as it was right in front of the beach. Bed was massive, could easily fit 3 people.

We were upgraded to deluxe corner. Room is clean and spacious. However, the noise of other rooms opening and closing is so loud. BTS station is within 3mins walk. 7-11 is opposite and a Michelin noodle is on the right and front. Surrounded by many Japanese restaurants.

Location is the best, near to malls, BTS ...... Wide range of food for you to try. There is a Michelin Star noodle shop right opposite the hotel.

Very nice location, 3mins walk to BTS , 10mins walk to malls around Room is very nice for my big family with a living room. Recommend and will book this hotel again !

Recommand this hotel. Stratégic for all activités. Also near bts. Room clean Staff speak well english When you book, try to ask to be far from chinese loudly costumers

This is my 5th time back to this hotel. This time they give me a small room, and after check in the air conditioner is leaking water, I request for changing another room but the front desk declined. And then I log a complaint to Trip.com and finally the hotel allowed me to change to another smaller room :(

Excellent location, clean hotel!

The rooms are big with a huge living room and dining area. Comfortable beds and sofa. Hotel is near to BTS, but the roadside is uneven and filled with trash. Not much services are rendered by the reception, the housekeepers on level 5 are all amazing though, they are so helpful and friendly. They are the ones who helped me find the room’s wifi password while the receptionist (a lady) doesn’t even bother. I might book again due to the big rooms and location.

Has been staying Arize for many trips. No complains on this hotel for the price I paid. Only downside I had this trip was my room was at the end of the walkway which has bad connectivity for wifi.

Clean hotel and near BTS station. Nearby noodle shop serves excellent noodles.

Always like this hotel with its location. Very convenient. Near to emquartier mall and emporium and also emsphere. Near to train station. Recommended.

The hotel is located in the Japanese district. Most of the guests are Japanese. The location is good, there are a lot of Japanese restaurants. And there is a Michelin noodle shop downstairs. There's no nitpicking about the location. It's easy to walk to the mall and BTS. But the customer service was sooo terrible!All hotel staffs were not nice! No smile! Even would not say hello. There was no one to deliver the luggage to the room. We brought all luggages to the room by ourselves in the luggage cart. In particular, I've never seen such a terrible receptionists. We can ignore their politeness. But they even got the guest's name and length of stay wrong… There is no air conditioning in the corridor of each floor, except ground floor. We felt like choking and stifling when waited for the elevator. The TV in the room has only five channels, almost all Japanese languages… It’s not worth and it’s a very bad experiences！Never book again! Not recommended.

Fantastic location. Super convenient to BTS and to town centre. There is a famous noodle store and 7-11 just across the street. However, traffic could get bad in the evening or peak hours. Nothing to complain about it taking sky train or walk. However, the room is not worth the price. Upon checking into the room, we realised that the balcony door could not be locked and we have to get someone to fix. The furnitures are dated and the room is small for a junior bedroom suite. We stated that we are a couple staying with them but they only provided amenities for one. For the bathroom, the shower head is too short (even for me who is 1.6m) and that is the only option. Ended up, my husband and I have to squat or stand in an awkward position to shower? Other than that, only one key card is provided and we have to pay for additional keycard. Also minimum service from the hotel. I had 2 f2f interactions with the staff (check-in/check-out), and 3 phone calls (us calling to fix the balcony door, us calling for extra amenities, and them calling us 30 mins to ask if we are checking out?). Overall, it was an-OK stay for us, and we could have easily find somewhere equally good location and better price value (not worth the money). Not recommending this for those with kid(s).
