Very clean. Aircon is very good and works. Tv with YouTube and internet. Comes with a large fridge and has microwave and cooking utensils. Doesn't have stove. Distance is about 900m to walk to Petchaburi MRT Exit 3.

A great stay! Beats a hotel any day! Getting I to the elevator area proved to be a little bit difficult at times. The door requires a face scan, which we were obviously not registered for. One basically has to wait at the door until someone comes or leaves.

Easy to check in. Suggest to contact the contact 1-2 day in advance. The host will create whatapps group. The unit got 2 bedroom, but toilet only 1.

Nice small condo. There is a small kitchen with glasses and dishes. Bed is small but soft. They manager is nice cute and polite. 7/11 is not far. Bus-stops and subway station are quite near. It was a little dusty and smelly. There was strange smell in the living room. And there was smell in the bathroom. Funny fact about the building. Those who live there permanently do not welcome tourists😅 People at lobby do not want to talk to you and tell you something in Thai, it sounds a bit rude but who knows what they say😂 They even printed out a poster that tells you that they don’t want you here.

The hygiene is okay, but the sofa may be a bit dirty and the sink is very dirty. The environment is similar to a village in the city. There is not much to go around, but there are a few 711s. It is actually quite far from the subway station, so we mostly took taxis. There is no service. There is only one quilt for the double bed. If you need to add a quilt instead of just a sheet, it costs 150 baht. Many facilities are broken, the bathroom door is broken, the TV only has sound but no picture, and the air conditioner on the balcony outside is dripping.

The room is nice, but you need to contact in advance and check in before 8pm. If you are traveling for about 10 days, the apartment is a good choice. It is very clean, there is a 711 200 meters downstairs, very close to the city center

It's a shame that you can only use the swimming pool if you stay for a month. The extractor in the toilet/bathroom didn't work and there was no window. Otherwise, a great apartment, small but nice.

We tried to contact for an hour, sat tired in the lobby. As a result, I had to write to trip.com support. Only after the help of operator Christina, thanks to her for her prompt assistance. The support worked 150% in my case. The condo owner contacted us using the phone number we used to try to contact him. Cutlery for 1 more person, for example 1 spoon. I had to take turns eating with my wife. Dear owner of this condo, if you need to be contacted and agreed in advance about the time of entry, then indicate this in the advertisement. Also indicate all contacts for communication, and not just one phone number that you do not answer for a long time. It would be great if you contact the tenant yourself after confirming the reservation and providing instructions for entry. Or be in touch at your specified time for entry. Respect other people's time!
