front desk kurang ramah dan bersahabat. kalau mau early check in harus bayar seharga 1 malam. taoi hotelnya termasuk baru, kasurnya juga nggak keras. lokasinya agak jauh dari tempat makan dan bts yah. jadi siap2 jalan kaki lebih sering. hotel juga tidak mau memberikan kartu cadangan untuk kamar. tapi kalau kita minta peralatan makan, dia memperbolehkan. next trip tidak akan tinggal disini.

Perlu meningkatkan layanan staf: 1. Butuh waktu untuk check in. 2. Staf wanita pada shift malam (wajahnya seperti orang India) perlu ditingkatkan keramahannya dan cara berperilaku saat berada di area publik. 3. Menelepon resepsionis 10 kali untuk meminta bantuan, tetapi tidak ada yang mengangkat telepon. 4. Air tersangkut di area basah, tidak terkuras cukup cepat. Selebihnya baik-baik saja.

kamarnya tidak terlalu tenang dan kami bisa mendengar semuanya dari kamar sebelah. hotelnya terletak di dalam jalan kecil yang lalu lintasnya padat, terutama di sore hari. staf resepsionisnya tidak terlalu ramah.

The room is big but the room is not clean. They need to improve cleanliness

Good and nice place

It's my favourite place to stay in Bangkok. Rooms are pretty nice with the kitchen, but sometimes cockroaches appear.

Checking in and out: It was very very quick, less than 5 mins I guess. Staff: The receptionist and the cleaning staff were very polite very friendly and respectful. I would like to thank them for serving me. The cleaning staff comes daily to clean and fix your bedsheets and they even washed our plates. Apartment size: it’s quite big apartment with 2 washrooms and two rooms with double bed in each. I found 1-2 lizards in the room, besides this apartment is in good condition. Not very new though Amenities: hair dryer, two small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, coffee sachet, coffee mate sachets, hot water kattle, basic kitchen utensils,water bottles, towels, tissue rolls are provided while the iron is provided on request. No tooth brush. Location: since this apartment is located in a residential area therefore it’s a bit far from the city. Overall I’m happy and satisfied with this premises

Great neighborhood, close to the pier, lot of space, rooftop pool with views, big TV, two ACs. Overall very decent stay 👍

Was very spacious and everything was nice.

Nice place to stay, quite and comfortable. The pillows and bed always very comfortable. Washing machine and well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in the apartment.
