Pelayanan di sini sangat baik. Check-in hotel menuju lantai 9. Hotel dekat Emporium, turun di stasiun BTS Phrom Phong. Turun di stasiun dan jalan kaki lagi 3 menit.Kamar di lantai 28 memiliki kamar mandi yang sangat bersih. Staf pelayanan yang baik, menyenangkan. Tempat tidurnya bersih dan nyaman. tidak ada suara Tidur nyenyak sampai pagi. Hotelnya sarapan di lantai 8. Kalau makanannya ada kolam renangnya yang panjang, Overall bagus banget.

Hotel yang berlokasi strategis. Itulah satu-satunya keuntungan **** berbelanja di sebelah hotel Handuk sudah tua dan berlubang Bantal berbau berjamur TV berfungsi tetapi pixelated Selamat tinggal

Hotel yang bagus dan nyaman. Lokasi berada di pusat kota, nyaman untuk makan dan pijat. Ada pilihan kamar merokok dari hotel ini. Akan kembali lagi untuk perjalanan bisnis saya berikutnya di Bangkok.

Pelayanan dan lokasi hotelnya bagus, sangat mencolok di pojok jalan, ada 711 di lantai bawah, di sebelahnya ada pusat perbelanjaan emsphere yang baru dibuka, di sepanjang jalur BTS, sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke Siam. kawasan bisnis dan Anda dapat membayar dengan WeChat. Ada halte bus di seberang jalan, dan biayanya 20 baht per orang untuk langsung ke pintu masuk stadion konser, yang jauh lebih baik daripada naik perahu. Fasilitas hotel relatif lengkap, namun agak tua, pengering rambut relatif kecil dan lampu kamar redup, tidak ada kekurangan lainnya, sarapannya juga enak, dan pelayanan staf yang saya temui semuanya sangat baik.

The hotel was in a great location, near to transport links and large shopping complex and food hubs. The staff and service were excellent, friendly and very helpful.  Breakfast was great with very ample selection and great value. Thoroughly recommend and would return. They also noted, anniversary and birthday with card, cake and decoration on bed. Very welcomed.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bangkok and opted for a king bed room. The hotel's location is fantastic—it's right next to the EmSphere, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. However, I found the room to be quite dark, which affected the overall ambiance. It would be great if the lighting could be improved to make the rooms more inviting. All towers in bathroom looks very dated. the showers does not have any closed doors, so the water will splash out into onto the floor. The breakfast offered was average with limited options, only watermelon and pineapples during my 3 nights stay. but it was adequate to start the day. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. Their friendliness and willingness to help stood out. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel with a prime location and friendly staff, this is a good choice for the price. With some improvements in room lighting and breakfast variety, it could be even better.

Decided to stay here for one night after coming back into the city center from a customer visit out of town, on my last day in Bangkok. The hotel's location is walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS station, and next to Emsphere mall. Many restaurants around, massage parlors, convenience stores, bars if you're into that. However, it's not the cleanest hotelsI've stayed at. It's also a bit old I reckon. I'm usually not very sensitive but there was a distinct damp smell when I arrived on my floor, and there were chips on the carpet..the sink in my room was also leaking..and wet. The bed was comfortable, but there was a dark stain at the end of it, which I thought was ciggarette dust initially, but probably just dirt. Size of room is OK, a bit stuffy, smells damp, and view of the Sukhumvit street is alright. Noise proof is acceptable.

Ideal for business travel, good breakfast and service.
