We had to wait for an hour for 2 rooms [only 1 was available] besides intimation of an early arriving flight and hence early check in. We had booked two rooms as a family, so we're happy that they offered interconnected rooms. The rooms themselves are pretty basic but comfortable, the bathrooms are ridiculously small, however no complains as we just used them to sleep at night. The biggest complain was that the housekeeping never cleaned the room..both days. The staff is not the most friendly or courteous, they there for check in and check out, and that's all, no smiles no greetings. We did not opt for breakfast. There is a seven eleven at the lobby level, which is a boon. The location is excellent for those looking to spend the days shopping, also the transport options are very convenient.

Room isnt small and very spacious for solo traveller like me. Was also lucky to get the top floor with a nice city view. Deposit was a big 2000baht though. The shower water is decent but the temperature can be quite unstable. Honestly, didnt expect this hotel to be in such an awesome location! Being right opposite of MBK center only and also Siam shopping centers across another road. If you are a morning person, theres a street beside near the hotel with lots of street food for breakfast and get your cheap Thai milk tea fix for 25-30baht. A 7-eleven right at the lobby of hotel to fill your night cravings. If you are willing to walk a bit, Donki at MBK center will do too. Further down from MBK center past Chulalongkorn, theres a mall with Decathlon too! Grabbing to other popular places from this location is pretty cheap too usually within 200baht to places like Jodd fair, Yaowarat, Asiatique. Central World and Big C are also within walking distance with the link bridges.

Our second time visit to Bangkok and stay back this hotel, location is great was situated at Siam area. 7Eleven just next to the reception counter and this is awesome. Room and bathroom is pretty small but enough for 2 people stay, no issue. Fridge, Aircon, Internet all works well. Train BTS (National Stadium) just outside the hotel, this is truly convenience. Definitely come back again. Thanks Ibis Hotel Siam Bangkok. Recommend.

The counter staffs is courteous and friendly. Makeup room staff service is good.
The room is a bit small but still ok.
The water pressure cannot make it. The pressure not strong enough.
The water heater sudden hot water then sudden cold water. Unable to adjust the water temperature u wan.
The tv so small less then 32”. No sound. Volume up to the loudest still no sound. Ended up switching off it. The view is good. Near to National Stadium BTS. Opposite of MBK shopping

Excellent location next to the BTS station. Lots of shopping malls nearby - MBK, Siam Paragon, Discovery, Centre. Got a 7-11 at the ground floor too.
Room was big but not bright enough. Toilet was tiny. Have to pay to use facilities like pool. TV was also old and not a smart TV, so cannot cast from phone or watch Netflix.

Ibis hotel guests NO free swimming pool services, need to pay 300 baht if needed.

The location is really superb with BTS station just a stone throw away distance. There is at 7-11 at their lobby which was a super plus point as well. Their services provided by staff were good. The only thing is the room is slightly small. Will really consider coming back to stay when i visit BKK the next time.

Hotel room is clean and front desk staff are friendly. For the room, the toilet door is noisy when open/close. Power points are quite limited but good that it is international outlet which doesn’t require any travel adapter. Location is super convenient as the BTS National Stadium is just stones throw away and MBK centre is within walking distance. Price is also very reasonable. I will consider this hotel again for next visit.
