Ulasan Graceland Hotel Bangkok

Ini hotel lama, kamar yang kami pilih cukup besar, yang mengecewakan adalah kamarnya berbau tidak sedap, dan juga di koridor utama, tempat tidurnya terlalu empuk, mungkin kasur di dalamnya sudah usang, lokasinya oke jika Anda suka pergi ke bar, tempatnya berisik, jelas dekat dengan area bar.

Checking in service is poor. Need B1000 deposit. Even for extra key for partner also want B300 deposit! Not so polite.

The hotel location is amazing, because it's near to all the arab nana area, so no need to walk much, also it's near to all arab restaurants

Excellent location within proximity of market, restaurants, malls, and very close to Bumrungrand hospital.

The hotels location is great for nightlife but I would go as far as that. There is a strong Oud smell throughout the hotel and rooms which isn’t for everyone’s senses and the rooms are dark in decor and I little dated.  Room service was good and food tasted decent along with the service from all hotel staff.

Nice hotel but little bit old stuff...and too much middle east people if someone don't like it need ejected

staffs are very rude and not polite as hotel staffs should be . I always stayed here in the past as the rooms used to be nice ...now everything is wear and tear visible, shower floods and if you inform recipiention staffs are littery rude to you. I'm surprised this time and never going to come back to this hotel. even with food menu they bring different items which i ordered similar dishes next day and they bring something else and say it's that dish wow took 4 times to finally bring me the dish ordered. not acceptable at all.

Room smelled so badly. Never experienced this kind of smell at any hotel before.

We got upgraded room type to honeymoon suite. The room is big with a big bathtub. TV has many channels and also YouTube and Netflix. The staff are very helpful.
