The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a comfortable work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The peaceful ambiance allowed me to focus on my work without any disturbances.

Hotel paraag is average hotel. Not clean enough. No comfortable chairs are provided in the room. Kettle are not provided unless you fight for it complementary breakfast is very poor quality. Simple to say bad experience to stay.

The hotel has an elegant exterior and lobby, but the room is very old, musty moldy, damaged walls, broken lights, rusty pipes, dust tube lights and windows, dirty washrooms, not maintained at all. Food is also average. Cocroch in the wardrobe. No view from rooms.

Lot of things needs to be improved on maintenance of rooms. Bed sheets and pillow covers used are very old, smelling and stinky. Breakfast is also very boas quality and taste. If these areas are addressed immediately, opportunities are there for better business because of location advantages
