we stayed there for one day. over all it was good but the room that was assign to us was not that spacious. the food good as well as the service.

Great hotel to stay. We had been to Bengaluru to attend to a wedding. The wdding hall (Srikuchalambal wedding hall) was just 100 mtrs away from this hotel, so we booked this hotel just for convenience. Our stay at this hotel beat our expectations. Reception staff were too good, so as house keeping. Managers Anantha and Thomas George were very cooperative, though they denied my request for additional discount for non-occupation of one room (for a day) out of 6 rooms booked - but they went by hotel's policy, which should be respected. Jaya Nagar 4th block, which is 900 mtrs away from the hotel, is full of markets and one can get anything of household needs there. We did not take food at the hotel, so cannot comment. Rooms were bit small but good and well maintained. The restroom was clean and neat. The width of restroom was too small. The phone placement in restroom was not the best place-whenever we enter and turn the phone got receiver got hit and fell. Good place to stay for short term.

We had booked the banquet hall for a wedding reception on 25th April 2025. The booking was from 5 pm to 11 pm and all was going well till about 9:30 pm, when everyone decided to move from the hall to the dining area one level below. Somehow the hotel staff took this as permission to close the hall completely and proceeded to switch off the air-conditioning, pile up the chairs that were set up, and switch off the lights as well. Not once were we informed that this would happen, and no one from the team came to ask permission from us. After this took place, a guest actually walked in at 9:45 pm and was greeted by this scene. After we brought this to the attention of the manager, he asked people to bring back the chairs and switch on the air-conditioning but my question remains - who took the decision to switch it off in the first place, and why were we not informed? The booking was valid from 5 pm to 11 pm, and no one had the right to close up the hall at 9:30 pm. Which is why I say - avoid this hotel at all costs. Take your business elsewhere and save your money. There are many other hotels in the city - you will be treated better there.

We had arranged stay for our family & close relatives/ guests at this Hotel as our son's marriage was at Pai Vista Convention Hall which is very close to this Hotel. Our family stayed for a week and our guests stayed for 1- 3 days and we had around 12 rooms booked at different dates. A big THANKS to SHASHANK BHATT. He was the gentleman who helped us book and cancel rooms. I had to book additional rooms / cancel on some days but he was extremely polite and understanding. I wish him a bright future in the hospitality industry. I would also like to thank all the Front Office, Housekeeping & Restaurant personnel for the excellent service rendered during the stay.

Great all round service. Food I would rate 4/5. Service 5/5. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It would have been better if there were facilities for drivers to sleep also. Location is pretty central and accessible.

The room was small room but had a sitting area and a desk and a fridge, no hand towels, shower gets water everywhere, staff were very nice and efficient, noisy fan in bathroom, just off of a busy street so traffic noise during the day but quiet at night. Breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of variety of Indian food, but no western food. We would stay here again.

I travelled with Family for a conference and needed a suit room and found one here in Pai Jayanagar. Excellent locality to stay, very safe with family. Nice things about the Hotel is the room was well maintained and bath had jacuzzi so kids had lot of fun. Staffs were extremely courteous, friendly and always were available when needed. Room cleaning done on daily basis for the 5 days we stays. For the suite, I thought it was kind of small and more of Studio type (that was only kind of felt could have been better) Breakfast was awesome, nice varieties everyday and was part of the stay. Much close Lal bagh (about 1-2 kms) and few other small parks for evening stroll. Walkable distance to bargain shops as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend with family and kids.

Hotel situated in peaceful area. They have good parking space. Clean, comfortable and tidy room. The hot water facility is worth mentioning. Good customer service, polite staff. Only breakfast was not that good. Value for money, budget hotel.
