Lilac Hotel 3rd Block

The best part of the stay was the attentive and kind service received from the moment we checked in. Libin, Marshal, and Deelashith at the front desk were accommodating for any service requested by the large hectic and loud American crowd I traveled with. Babul in house keeping kept the rooms neat and provided anything needed at any hour. The highlight was definitely meals had at the hotel and specifically the top service provided by Ashok and Pradeep. Ashok learned every person in the groups meal preference the first day and would promptly get our favorite breakfasts started and never missed a beat with making us try new things or accomadating our odd requests with the kitchen. The rooms are large and the laundry service is a life saver. There is also security personnel 24/7 that also double as the best group photographers. For anyone traveling to India for the first time and stopping in Bangalore, you can’t go wrong with the quality of stay and service at the Lilac.

I chose Lilac Hotel for two nights and three nights stay with my wife to unwind and the hotel has not disappointed me. This is a 28 room business hotel in a nice residential area in Jayanagar Bangalore which is very centrally located whether you want to be near the shopping areas or your place of work. They have three category rooms though we chose their Premium Suite room. We stayed in room number 303. The room will give you a positive vive as they you will feel like getting into your own home with all the facilities around. Very thoughtfully designed by Tamara group, it offers a neat bedroom, a lovely washroom, a wide hall having sitting and dinning arrangement and a small kitchenette. The entire hotel is immaculately clean as the maintenance stuff Babool and Deepak are always there for the upkeep. They are super efficient and very helpful. The only restaurant in the ground floor Kesar is small, cosy and very well decorated. They have a decent spread of breakfast…Cornflakes, cut fruit, bread, omelette, boiled eggs, poori , cakes, dosa, idly, tea and coffee. The Chef is excellent and customer focused. The lunch and dinner menu is limited but very tasty. They serve Indian, Continental and Chinese dishes. According to few, their kebabs are very good though we have tried. The check in and check out process is hassle free. This is a two star property but not cheap and the boarders are mostly corporate guys. The overall environment is family friendly and you will feel relaxed here. Both me and my wife had good sleep as the mattress quality is 5 star. The AC and Wi-Fi are just right and the service efficiency is praiseworthy. If you are visiting Bangalore for work or travel , I will strongly recommend your stay in this hotel. -Property is located at peaceful area surrounded by tress and adjoining property construction noise is not relevant as it’s almost built in. Great for morning walk. -Small reception lobby area, but staff is responsive and quick. -Rooms are quite impressive and well maintained (everything incld bathroom). -Breakfast has lotsa varieties and chef is accommodative of my diet needs while cooking. -Overall well satisfied and happy stay.

Lilac Hotels is a wonderful place to stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the main road, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and even two hospitals. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like cable TV, Wi-Fi, a computer desk, a dining table, a wardrobe, an ironing board, an iron, and—to our surprise—a small kitchen area. The bathroom is also spotless, with hot and cold running water. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is tasty, though a bit pricey. On the other hand, they have excellent combo meals for lunch that are priced just right. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, are very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Marshal, Libin, Deekshith at the front office, and Islam and Rippan in housekeeping for making our stay so comfortable. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Lilac Hotels and wish the team continued success and prosperity!

I’m from US and staying here second time and love these rooms. Very clean and elegant. Cleaner Bibek Nath is very nice and accommodative for your cleaning requests. Food service is ok also. Hotel staff are also very accommodative. I would love to come back.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Lilac 3rd Block. It is not five star hotel but is well kept mid-range hotel overall. Location to shopping etc. is convenient. The staff was very courteous, helpful and accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay. Bibek Nath especially was exceptional in providing service and keeping our rooms neat and clean everyday. The other staff are prompt in attending to the guests needs. We will recommend this hotel.
