Very conveniently next to a big shopping center. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Decent enough hotel. Nothing spectacular. However it’s connected to a very run down mall. The saving grace is that it’s next to Phoenix mall, just walk a few mins and you have most of what you need.

The water coming out from the toilet is dirty with brown color

Excellent hotel. The rooms are broad, very nicely laid out. Nice furniture, wooden floor, well maintained bathroom. The maintenance is good..cleanliness is one of the key points to mention here. The staff behaviour is excellent and customer centric. The restaurant “ Eat India Co” serves Indian, Pan Asian and European delicacies . The food is tasty and the ambience is very homely yet professional. I was in room number 502 which is a suite and the room was awesome having a fantastic view of the city..To name few guys who took care of us…Saurabh in the front office, Vijay, Joy and the entire F&B team, F&B Head Mr Suman and the GM Mr Paul. Even the house keeping guys we’re found to be very responsive. I loved the hotel and will definitely come back here in future.

It was a great experience, especially the staff were very polite and helpful The customer service that they provided was amazing especially Mr. Chaman and Ms. Kankana. I would love to visit the hotel again and I would also let my family know about this place ♥️♥️♥️

Murali from house keeping was awesome throughout the stay. He was very helpful and courteous. Room cleaning was excellent. Ordered food which delicious and higenic. Would love to come back again whenever plan next trip to the Bangalore. Thankyou.

it was an exelllent service by manu and food was amezing and dessert was so delicious and mocktails are amezing with amezing guester by the staff manu gave us wonderful suggestions and pani was so yummy overallwas amezing it was memorable nightin melange

Murli was helpful, and got us whatever we needed. But air conditioning was not working. The food was really tasty and there was lot of variety in the food. We didn't get a good view but the good part was there were two malls on both sides of the hotel so it was easy to go shopping.

Breakfasts are various and good. The space on the last floor with the swimming pool is very place full. We dont hear street noise.

Excellent service, especially from Gaurav at the restaurant. I stayed for several weeks and was well taken care of, the breakfast was great and staff were always offering additional items. The location of the hotel is also good (right beside 2 large shopping centres)

All good with stay breakfast and house keeping. Good place to stay with mall close by. I recommend this place to all of you looking for a business or a personal visit to Bengaluru. The team is very accommodating and help you with all support on a immediate basis as needed

The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast have a nice spread covering different cuisine. Food quality and quantity is good. Housekeeping is very polite and did a good job (Murali was our designated one). A good place for family travel or business visit. It is placed near to phoenix mall which is again a plus point for travellers.

Murali was the best staff reception staff also was good .infact everyone was good ..room are lil old but the staff took think ease . breakfast was good enough.everything is good location near by metro . furniture should be renovated for sure
