The staffs are all friendly & courteous as well as helpful. Pleasant place to stay. Only thing should improve is the housefly at the dining area.

Location is great, near the Bandung Train Station and Paskal 23 Mall, which has a supermarket, lots of eateries, and stores. You can easily book Grab as well. Security is very good and the hotel is safe. Service from every single staff member is so pleasant, warm, friendly, and awesome. The concierge is ever helpful as well. The staff also reached out on our 2nd day to check that we were happy with everything and whether we have any requests. Room service is very efficient, and they are attentive to our setup for the 6 nights we stayed. Only that toilet can be a little bit cleaner. 😅 We would definitely love to stay at Hilton Bandung again!

For the room and all the food is delicious. I even they do decor our room for my mom's birthday but there was a problem with my booking when I booked my room it said in the hotel that the room was booked as a downgrade room type and it takes a long time for them to handle it so it’s a bit upset for us about their service but luckily they have the room that I want so it’s good

The hairdryer is one of a kind, can't imagine if someone with long hair and have to keep holding the button till the hair dry, findgers should be all numb. No usb socket, well, it's understood that the hotel was built a while ago, however, a multiple socket plug should be supplied in each room, i think this is a basic requirement.

All services exceeded my expectations. Staff service is beyond my expectation. For example, I extend one more night and the staff greeted me next day with special portrait of myself and cakes.

A beautiful facility. And such wonderful staff. They were super friendly and took care of my dietary restriction vert well. Hot Masala Dosa FTW!!!

This is our favourite hotel during this trip. It’s spacious, the room is immaculately clean, the breakfast spread is wide and the interior of the whole hotel is just modern and classy. Everything is almost perfect here
