Worst stay ever! ! !
Walking through a very narrow alley, I saw the dim hotel reception. When checking in, I checked in with a local elderly person who only spoke Thai. I communicated for half a day using mobile phone translation software, and after paying a 500 baht deposit, I received an old-fashioned 🔑 and electricity card. The first thing you see when you open the old wooden door is that the inside of the cabinet is broken, the rod for hanging clothes has fallen off, and the partitions are crumbling. As I walked further inside, I saw a "Xiao Qiang" lying on an old-fashioned refrigerator staring at me. The bathroom on the left is very shabby and has no toiletries. There were no slippers, and the sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases were all dark and yellow. There is still a smell, because I checked in late, I can't worry about it anymore. At that time, I submitted a revised order to cancel the accommodation for the next two nights, and Ctrip showed that it was waiting for the merchant's consent. I had no choice but to sleep with my clothes on, but I was woken up by a big fly🪰 in the night, so I couldn't sleep well all night.
However, the modified order submitted by Ctrip was rejected. I communicated with Ctrip many times and said that they had communicated with the merchant, but the merchant disagreed. They have a cooperative relationship with the merchants. In order to make up for my loss, they gave me a subsidy of 63 yuan. After I disagreed, they said that they would give me a subsidy of more than 120 yuan. After disagreeing again, they said that the maximum subsidy would be 20%. Based on this result, I feel that since Ctrip has a cooperative relationship with the merchants, why does it not restrict the merchants? Such stores are clearly deceiving consumers. Ctrip's inaction has seriously harmed the rights and interests of consumers. I don’t need the 20% compensation paid by Ctrip. I will return to my country to complain to the Consumers Association for the 623 yuan lost!
