Beautiful place to stay perfect for families, Wyhan was amazing and extremely accommodating, arranged everything we needed and took us where we needed to go. Rooms were clean and beds huge.

My second time here. First time with my partner. Always loved the ocean view villa. It’s a quiet and very private place. The room is so comfortable. The little details such as jewellery basket, beach basket, hats, and even bath salts really pleased me. Friendly hotel people. Took the time to engage in a conversation with us. And big appreciation for all the early power breakfast before the marathon as well as arranging transport to the venue. Hotel is ideal for couple. But also a fun place for family— so close to Bali Safari Park. Will be back again with the family.

It's hard to find the way to the hotel. The road that I followed in search of Google maps is already blocked. I can barely find it when I go back a long way. Friendly staff, not professional. Probably the owner manages the hotel through a young man living nearby. But I was heavy with my luggage, but he didn't help me. Staying for 2 nights and 3 days is satisfactory. Very glass for long stay with kitchen. The place was very cool and quiet, but I fell asleep with the sound of chickens and dogs barking in the morning. Three rooms in total. Very good because it is not crowded. Best value for money. Very good place to heal cheaply. I wish there was a washing machine. Difficult to use TV.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in a one bedroom villa. We were assigned a 4 bedroom villa which was a very big compound. As were were only using 1 bedroom, the other 3 rooms were locked up. Everything was very clean and every morning a whole team would come for the housekeeping (groundskeeper, pool cleaner, etc). There was a separate kitchen/dining/living room which had a tv, tall fridge, stove top, hot/cold water dispenser and kitchen utensils. During the day with the fan on it was nice and airy. The pool was quite big and very clean. There was greenery everywhere and it's very quiet so you feel rather peaceful. Air conditioner was only in the bedroom and it was comfortably cold. There's also a mini fridge and tv in the bedroom. Besides local channels (which usually lost signal) there's also Youtube or you can log in to your Prime or Netflix. Wifi signal is fantastic as I think it's a dedicated signal for each villa. Bathroom had a tub and toiletries were provided in heavy stone jars instead of those small bottles that you usually get in hotels. Which was nice but they didn't replenish the conditioner which ran out a day before we checked out. Not a major thing but perhaps something that could be improved. Loved the toiletries fragrance though. One thing we really appreciated is that we could smoke in the open areas of our villa, an ashtray was provided upon request for us to smoke by the pool. Contact with the front desk is through WhatsApp. Any request you have they will attend to promptly. They do provide a shuttle service if you want to go anywhere within the premise. They will even bring you to the 24-hr convenience store which is not that near and will wait for you while you shop for your snacks and drinks. Our villa #15 was not too far from their one and only restaurant which is beach side (fantastic view) so we would just walk there. Breakfast was ok. Room service was good but limited menu. Their restaurant has themed nights on Tuesdays (Bali dance), Thursdays (live acoustic) and Saturdays (not sure what's on). We had dinner there on a Tuesday. Dine in menu had so much more choices. We tried the grilled seafood platter that tasted delicious. Other than the restaurant there's nothing else in the immediate vicinity. I think you can arrange for spas, transport and activities but we didn't try for any of that. It's about an hour's journey from the airport. Check in and check out were a breeze. Throughout our stay the staff there was so wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even before our arrival they were very prompt in answering my email queries. We will definitely do a return visit.

The front desk is very courteous and helpful but despite their page on trip.com saying they have a 24hr front desk they certainly do not. Our first room was a bit small and we ended up changing to something a bit bigger but that was not a big problem. The location is pretty isolated. If that is what you are looking for then it will be great. We enjoyed our stay but it is a family friendly hotel and as such expect there to be some noisy children that interrupt your sleep. The pool was nice but a bit small. The front desk was very helpful at arranging tours. The massages are good but i prefered going to the nearby swan spa.

Great place for a secluded holiday. Large room and bathroom, huge bed, clean pool and comfortable terrace. Coconuts, pineapples and papayas grow on the hotel grounds. Friendly hostess will help you with anything you need at any time of the day.

Although the location of the hotel is a bit remote, it doesn't matter for the second half of our trip, which is mainly for playing in the hotel! We still ordered a single-family villa with a swimming pool, which is quite private. We ordered breakfast. Various Western breakfasts are very suitable for our taste. We ordered dinner in the room on the first night. The food was very delicious and exquisite. The whole table was only more than 500 yuan when we checked out. The seafood set meal was booked in the restaurant for dinner on the second day. It was still delicious and exquisite. Blowing the sea breeze and listening to living music, it was romantic and warm! The chef also came to each table to introduce the dishes and listen to opinions. Very nice! Champagne was sent to the room, which was delicious! In addition to the welcome fruit sent on the first day, there were snacks sent every day, which were delicious😋! The hotel's unique black sand beach is very special and beautiful! In short, it is very quiet and very private, very good! Very like it!
