Suarapura Resort & Spa

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful and lovely resort for 4 nights. The location of the resort was very beautiful and relaxing with a view of the rice fields. Very dreamy and excellent. The quality of the food and restaurant was good. The hotel staff were very friendly and lovely. The rooms were tidy and large, and the cleanliness of the room was also acceptable.The pool was extremely perfect. Overall, if you are looking for pure artemesh along with beauty in Bali, this resort is one of the best.

Прекрасный отель с видом на каньон и рисовые террасы. Номер большой, все очень чисто, сделано с душой и большим уважением к природе. Вид из номера просто невероятный! В номере есть вода, чай и кофе, которые можно пополнять, если закончились, а также приветственная корзиночка фруктов. В душевой также есть все необходимое. Завтраки вкусные. Отель расположен в тихом месте, слышно только пение птиц. Бассейн чистейший, также с восхитительным видом. В отеле есть итальянский ресторан, все вкусно и не слишком дорого. Прекрасное душевное место, однозначно рекомендуем остановиться здесь!

My stay at Bali Suarapura Resort and Spa was absolutely dreadful. This hotel does not deserve an 8.7 rating; it should be closer to a 3.0. Here’s why: **Hygiene and Rooms:** Upon arrival, we were immediately faced with a shocking discovery: the towels were stained and smelled terrible. I have never seen such dirty towels in any hotel. Every day, we had to remove at least 30 insects from our bed, without exaggeration. These bed bugs or whatever they were, were everywhere. The bathroom was also full of insects. **Sleep Comfort:** The bed was so bad that after four nights, I almost ended up with a herniated disc. The mattress was of such poor quality that I woke up with back pain every morning. After the first night, I already wanted to leave, especially after seeing all those creatures throughout the room. **Facilities:** The hotel has a very limited supply of hot water; after four minutes, it turns ice-cold. Two people cannot shower one after the other. The hotel is also incredibly noisy; I could literally hear everything the neighbors were saying. The breakfast was laughable: two boiled eggs with a slice of bread. After the first day, I didn’t bother getting up for breakfast anymore because it was just too pathetic. **Swimming Pool:** The pool was also unusable. There were dozens of insects swimming in it, so I didn’t get to swim a single day. All in all, I absolutely do not understand how this hotel has an 8.7 rating. My stay was a complete nightmare, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It deserves a realistic rating of 3.0, and even that is generous.
