The Club Villas Seminyak

Stayed in the honey moon Villa in mid December 2024. This Villa is in a great location and the staff are friendly/helpful, however personally I think overpriced for the actual quality of the Villa - we paid almost $300/night) The photos are not a true reflection - particularly the bathroom and Kitchenette which both had water damage marks on walls and stains on the tiles. The outdoor lounge also had stains on the fabric The kitchenette is really only useful for tea and coffee making, as there is no crockery - only cutlery and cups/mugs. You also need need to provide your own milk, so if your arrive on a late flight and want a cup of tea on arrival, stop at a convenience store on the way. Also worth noting is that there is a new villa being constructed next door on the pool fence boundary which at times was a little noisy. Our booking advised we could organise for the villa to arrange a transfer from the airport if we contacted them 72 hours prior to arrival however we never had a response to our email.

The room was quite nice . The location is down a side lane which is difficult to walk along because of all the cars and motorbikes especially with young children . The breakfast was always stone cold when it arrived . Eating outside the villa with all of the flies and mosquitoes wasn’t ideal . The location was good for the restaurants and shops .

Exception Villa; in the heart of it all with all of the privacy you need. Villa is slightly dated but beautiful nevertheless. Staff at the club villas were absolutely beautiful and happy to help when needed. We had breakfast included daily, bought to our villa and it was amazing food. So close to pubs, clubs, massage, restaurants, markets and more. About a 10-15 walk to beach. And easy to get transport on scooter or car to anywhere you need. Rooms were comfortable and made up daily. Great sleep after long site seeing days. I wouldn’t recommend for kids who can’t sit still, the tiles are beyond dangerous if you come out of the pool. Very big slip hazard.

VILLA 23 Would recommend any couples or families to stay at these awesome villas. Recently stayed for the second time at the beautiful Club Villas - Seminyak. Perfect location, with cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk. Bintang Supermarket just 15 min walk or 5 min drive. Can’t find fault with either of these villas. Have everything you need and so spacious. Just love staying here. We stayed here for 13 nights and everything was faultless. Great, friendly service that work around the clock making sure everything is in order for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Many thanks to the villas manager Kris who checked in on us on a daily basis making sure we were doing OK and if anything was required. To our 2 pool cleaners Putu & Gusti your work was exceptional. Providing us with pool toys prior to Check In. A big shout out to our Housekeeping team Rian you are a gem. Making the villa comfortable for my husband and i to enjoy during our stay and leaving daily messages with towel animals on our bed. Would also send a big thanks to the reception especially Inten for providing us the same villa. Villa 23 for the 2nd time. Do yourself a favour and check it out if coming to Seminyak.

This was our second stay at The Club Villas in a one bedroom honeymoon villa. Lots of positives with this property. The villas are huge, lovely big pool, comfortable bed and extremely well situated in the heart of Seminyak. We loved being able to walk down the little back lane and be at the beach in under 10 minutes. We found the management to be responsive and helpful. The property is a little tired though and does need an update, tiles were missing in the pool and the odd power-point didn't work. However the price reflects this, it's a real bargain and we'd definitely stay there again.

We had a beautiful time after being upgraded to the honeymoon suite. Spacious room, outdoor dining and pool area. Definitely recommend paying a little more extra to get this over the standard rooms (which weren’t up to what we hoped). It’s a little dated and run down but the staff always ensured you got everything you want
