After midnight, there were loud alcoholic drinks, music and locals urinating near the hotel. There was no one at the reception, so we had to deal with the locals ourselves. The hotel itself is dirty, the bed linen is stained, there is no Internet or hygiene products. The air conditioning is weak. At first, we were put in a room that did not have a view of the pool, as stated in the booking.

The room was a bit old, there was no quilt on the bed, the room layout was poor, and the bed was crooked. The sound field in the room is unevenly distributed. You can hear the bass that may be the air conditioner in other rooms. You may not hear it if you change the position slightly. The bass will make people very uncomfortable. The surrounding environment is okay, there are many bars, there are large supermarkets nearby, and it is also very close to the port. It is very convenient to go to Penida.

Very dirty. They don't clean, after staying for several days we came up and asked about cleaning, only then they cleaned it. My husband and I dried ourselves with the same towel for three days, and the towel was very old, already gray. Brrr, horror. They basically don’t wash the sink and shower partition; they didn’t even wash it on our arrival day. I don’t recommend it, it’s better to pay extra and stay in another hotel.
