This hotel is at least 20 years old. The facilities are black, yellow and old, and there are stains everywhere. The curtains, lights and tiles are so dirty that they are yellow and black! The curtains in the whole room do not block out the light, and the dazzling sunlight affects my sleep every day! Many of Ctrip’s overseas hotels cannot be cancelled after booking, which is too unfriendly to tourists who have made reservations. Great location in the heart of Ubud, perfect for exploring the area. The pool is stunning, overlooking the jungle, and the rice plantations create the perfect spot to watch the sunset. However, the bed sheets and towels have seen better days—they’re all a dull grey, which takes away from the overall experience. Breakfast is very basic and nothing to look forward to. If you’re here for the views and atmosphere, it’s a great stay, but don’t expect luxury when it comes to the details. In my opinion this place is overpriced.
Stayed for just one night and wouldn’t want to stay any longer.
