Ulasan Anhera Suite Ubud

We love this place, for sure will stay again when we back to bali (ubud). Beautiful view of valley, easy to get around, staff very nice :)

The hotel location and view are really good. However, the hotel management is so poor that there is so much dust inside the room, and the bedding, towels, and air conditioner are all so dirty and dusty. The worst thing is that there are many cockroaches inside the room, and rats run around on the ceiling every night... The hotel is in a great location and the building is nice, but it is so poorly managed that it is really unfortunate.. Because of the dust inside the room, I had a cough and runny nose for 5 nights, and I couldn't sleep properly because I was scared of the rats every night. And there are two swimming pools, one at the top and one at the bottom in front of our accommodation, but the top pool is so dirty and the bottom pool was broken on the day of check-in and we were told that it was unusable. Trip.com gave me a partial refund, but the room condition and the pool were so bad that I couldn't rest properly.

I love this hotel for the beautiful view. But it is very old and everything needs to be completely renovated. Also convenient location

The environment is very good, the scenery outside the window and the door are very good, and there is a jacuzzi, but this room is under many steps and you have to walk a long way.
