I had a wonderful stay at this enchanting guesthouse! The hosts were very kind, welcoming and ready to help if I needed anything. My room was perfect, clean and very spacious. Lovely terrace with a jungle view. The breakfast was delicious. And lastly, it's the perfect location. You’re only steps away from restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!!

For us the Villa was perfect. Not far from Central Ubud, but tucked back. A peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful. The room was stunning as are the surroundings. Very well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. The added bonus was they brought it to our room. We would happily return. The only improvement we would suggest is a different mattress.

The hotel is in Ubud town itself but away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its traffic - being located amidst paddy fields and tranquil nature. My pool side wooden villa is beautiful and charming with a bath tub in the balcony and a semi open bathroom. The bedroom and bathrooms are huge and comfortable. Breakfast was served at my balcony that overlooked the tropical forest. And I indulged in my outdoor baths… Service was attentive and staff helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Sunshine Villa.

Stayed for 3 nights. And i am happy with our overalll experience. Clean and comfortable hotel. 👌🏽 and definitely affordable. Best thing though is the location. Central ubud is walking distance. Good for couples and Friends alike. Booked through Agoda.

We stayed for a few nights here & would’ve stayed longer if we could have, but they were fully booked. Even though it’s centrally located close to everything in Ubud, you wouldn’t know it, as it as the villas overlooks the pool, & creek below. Great value! We will be back next time!

Ubud Sunshine is located in Jl Bisma, just a step from Ubud centre but still secluded if you like quiet place. Easily accessed from the main road (only 80m). Parking is available in front of Puri Bisma (but make sure to the staff since the space is shared and limited). The villa is near a small rice field with a few ducks around. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍 The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious, it has a separate bathtub and shower area. A little bit dark and damp but still okay. Many options for breakfast and could be served in the room or in the common area. Floating breakfast is available. No private swimming pool, but has a main pool which is large enough and clean. If you choose Garden View Villa, your room will be in the front of a small river. Squirrels could be seen in the morning. Sometimes fruit bats come around, so please make sure that you put your drying rack or balcony chair in the correct place so you won't get some of their junk 😉 Kids friendly, as long as your kids are quiet 🤫

I contact them asking if any rooms are available, they say "no, all booked". Cool, so I keep looking for another place to stay. Some time later they contact me saying a room has become available and asking if I am interested. I am interested, so they agree to book the room for me after confirming all the details. A few hours before my arrival they contact me again saying the room is no longer available and my booking is canceled.. Unprofessional clowns.

Large room with spacious covered balcony ideal for breakfast and an afternoon drink. Overlooking the swimming below at the bottom of the hillside. Access to villa via an 80 metre footpath off the road. Very quiet but near a few restaurants a supermarket and Arms Helpful staff that can arrange taxis and daily tours

Hello everything during my time in ubud I stayed on bisma street and chose to stay at ubud sunshine villa, I think this villa is good because it is in the solitude within ubud area. However, the room is not clean and there is a slight smell. For breakfast, it may be less improved because it is too simple with the selling price of the room
