Vinila memiliki vila yang luas dan terawat dengan baik untuk liburan keluarga. Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan selama liburan keluarga kami minggu lalu. Kolam renang adalah salah satu yang menarik perhatian kami karena sangat besar untuk vila 3 kamar tidur dan memiliki Jacuzzi untuk bermain anak-anak. Kamar Tidur Utama memiliki bathtub dan juga memiliki desain unik di kamar tidur lainnya yang memberikan pengalaman menyenangkan bagi seluruh keluarga. Sarapan di dalam vila luar biasa, Anda dapat memilih pilihan makanan dari Butler Anda melalui obrolan pribadi atau sekadar pergi ke resepsi.

The staff are was friendly. The breakfast was good and the place was clean as well.

Pengalamannya luar biasa! Villanya lengkap semua keperluannya, bersih dan AC-nya dingin. Selain itu, layanannya sangat cepat dan stafnya ramah. Pilihan sarapannya enak. Kami bahagia sampai hari terakhir.

Wonderful way to kick of our trip in Bali. We stayed 5 nights in a three bedroom Villa (no 1) with myself, husband, sister and brother in law. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ensuites including the main one upstairs. It features a communal self contained kitchen/living area which is also air conditioned and main bedroom in same area. A beautifully manicured Villa garden and exceptionally clean pool. We did use the third room as a communal bathroom while splashing around in the pool which we did a lot of. The staff were absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us. Our breakfast was included in our stay which was plentiful - tip Nasi Goreng is amazing! They also have a water cooler you can refill up bottles ect. You will need what’s app for communication and ordering room service which is prompt and friendly. Their restaurant wasn’t open to eat at unfortunately due to Covid and still getting back on their feet. We decided to stay in for New Years Eve and pre ordered a seafood bbq which two amazing staff members came an and cooked this for us and even set it up in the kitchen for us to enjoy. The Villa was very clean and serviced daily. Tue complex is about a 15 minute walk to the main streets of Nusa Dua and mostly shaded by neighbouring resorts trees. Do take a hat though. The complex is so tidy and features such well kept plants and general surrounds. 24!hour security on site. One thing I will mention is the decking beside the pool needs some attention. But being in the tropics it probably requires regular maintenance. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Our group of 4 stayed in Villa 1. The pool was lovely and rooms large and with partly open air ensuites. Lovely ❤️ While they no longer run a restaurant, the meals we had were great. We had daily breakfast and twice ordered in for dinner including a Seafood BBQ cooked for us on New Years Eve. That was well worth it and I recommend you try it. We communicated with staff when ordering breakfast etc via WhatsApp which minimised any language barriers. If we wanted something specific or prefer to talk with someone the excellent services by the Manager Ayar was on hand. He was a very savvy and competent Manager. We were very impressed! ⭐️ Our rooms were cleaned every day along with regular testing of water quality in the pool. Staff were a delight to interact with. We found getting around easy. We walked everywhere as there was plenty of footpath shading to walk into the main areas. When we wanted to hail a Blue Bird they were easily available. We loved our stay.

space was big no doubt. but the condition of the villa need to be improved. not able to lock one of the room. all the sliding doors are not functioning well. especially living to pool.. had a hard time opening and closing it. otherwise overall is great. breakfast was great too..

Literally the worst place I've stayed in Bali. "Luxury villa" is the farthest thing this dump is. Broken amenities, disgusting cleanliness and incompetent staff makes for the most unpleasant stay. Don't be fooled by the older great reviews, the place is run down since covid and the management are now a mess. When we first arrived they showed us to the three bedroom Unit 12 where all the rooms were filthy and smelled of mold and dampness. The pool was also extremely filthy with leaves and dirt everywhere. So we asked for another unit. We were given unit 11 right beside. Which still smelled damp but was much more bearable. But then one of the AC units in the livingroom isn't working at all. And the other one is rusted to hell and barely working. We specifically looked for a villa with an air conditioned livingroom so what's the point if it's not working. To top it off the water heater is total garbage and stops working after 3 people takes a bath in the villa. What's the point of the bathubs if the hot water can't even output much of any hot water? We asked if they can fix these issues and they basically said the maintenance can try and check but this is what we get and they probably can't do anything. Which is exactly what happened since none of the issues were fixed. They then had the audacity to still charge us for an extra bed we needed so we said screw that and just used the sofa in the livingroom. As you can see in the photos. The pool deck has rotten wood with rusty nails poking through ready to give you tetanus when walking barefoot after swimming in the filthy swimming pool. The furniture are old and worn down. The paint on the walls are peeling and the corners in the rooms are filthy and some even had dirt and ants living in them. The air conditioning unit in the rooms weren't even installed properly and leaked water at times. They're also noisier than any AC I've heard before. Talk about relaxing at a vila where there's constant loud humming from the cheap and busted AC units they used. The tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose and then the drain got stuck closed. The shower had stupid rocks and channels that were disgusting and looked never cleaned. The door from the livingroom to the pool was stuck slightly open and was rusted permanently in that position. The stove is rusty and dirty. The sink looks like its never been properly cleaned and has water spots everywhere. The decorative plants they put on the table were just grass that had lice and fungus on it. There's just so many cost cutting and cheapness everywhere. To top this all off. There's basically no parking spot and so we had to hand in our car's keys to the security guard so they can move it out of the way of the other guests cars. That's not an issue in itself but the day before our checkout date they gave the keys TO THE WRONG GUEST. That guest then managed to take it far away and ran out of gas breaking the car. Now we don't have a car and then have to dea

the place is amazing!! clean, roomy, organized. we love it so much! we would love to extend our stay at the penthouse but there was no availability. we will surely come back to stay here next time!! thank you for the pleasant experience for my children’s first Bali visit!!

The villa is beautiful, the service was impeccable, the staffs were all helpful and friendly We were together with a group of 5, but everything was set for 6 as the villa has 6 person capacity 10/10 would visit again
