Despite informing them about the health impact, no one checked on us, and we were forced to stay at another hotel for the night. Inadequate Response from Management: The manager attempted to apologize the next day. When we sought a resolution, such as a refund, the only compensation offered was a ride to the airport valued at €3.50. We declined this offer. The manager took my phone number, promising to contact us as soon as possible, but we never heard back. Poor Customer Service: The staff showed a clear lack of interest in addressing our issues. Upon check-in, we were not accompanied to our room, and there was no assistance with our luggage. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Untried Breakfast and Location: I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have the opportunity to try it. The hotel's location is near the airport, which could be convenient for travelers.
