This resort is at the top of a hill between Song Lambung Beach (which can be reached by a steep but manageable track and steps) and Lembongan village centre (reachable by other steep steps, or by walking to the beach and then along the promenade). The Rocky ferry transport (and maybe others - not sure) drops off and picks up right outside it. Most people will be fine but probably not for anyone with mobility issues, or dislikes exertion in tropical heat. It Is reachable by taxi - which will be very basic - but not sure how reliable or costly this is. It is directly opposite the top entrance/exit of the luxury Batu Karang Resort, where our son, wife and granddaughter were staying. We had one night there but preceded it with two nights in Padma to save money as it was about 20% of the cost - and, we were surprised to find, more enjoyable. The Padma accommodation is in single story semi-villas and fairly spacious. Simply furnished but clean and with air good air con and shower. Comfortable bed with a mosquito net around it - not many insects when we were there at the start of the dry season but we did get bitten in the luxury resort, whose (modern) shower and toilets were in the open air! Lovely grounds with a nice deck outside the unit to enjoy them. Didn’t use the smallish pool but it looked fine for a cooling plunge. Resort was very quiet but that may be related to only partial occupancy. Only criticisms were that lighting is a bit dim and that the charming staff disappear in the late afternoon, leaving the resort unattended - though an emergency contact no is provided. (Tip - if no one around the Wi-Fi code is in small print with other info on a small sign at the front desk).
