My family had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely attentive and responsive. They ran out of hand and face towels at one point during our stay, however, were quick to provide extra bath towels as a replacement. The property was absolutely beautiful. It truly felt like we were in the jungle or rainforest. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What an amazing hotel this was. Everything was 5 stars from the room, the beautiful well manicured greenery, the pools, the rooftop bar, the food, and best of all the team members working at the hotel. They were so friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable of the area. There was nothing to fault!

This Hotel is by far the best in Ubud for quality and service and it's not too far from centre. The rooftop bar is amazing, the guy who plays Rinik is absolutely a must! Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Staff is super friendly, they help you with everything you need on your stay including transport, tourist plans, everything! Breakfast is also great. We had a couple massage that we loved. Definitely will recommend and come back!

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, the swimming pool felt like was in the forest. Special thanks to the stuff they are very friendly and always helpful. it is 20 min far from the center of Ubud and near to the monkey forest. There is a shuttle working, but limited time schedule so consider that you will need to call taxi or rent a bike/ car for random hours.

The hotel is very peaceful and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They assist with transportation and recommendations around the area.

Five stars loved the quality of service and great prices. Would costs hundreds of dollars for similar experience in the US. I really liked the pool and the quiet area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. No hidden fees. No crazy prices for in house services

Very nice hotel deep in the jungles, beautiful scenery and delicious food. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to stay in Ubud or any area around. Highly recommend! I stayed there with my family, but it’s also good for couples.

Peaceful cocoon right outside of the city with excellent staff, great amenities and awesome rooftop bar for the best sunset views. Convenient shuttle to Ubud center (free) and on-site spa with nice couple treatments. Definitely recommend!

A gorgeous, stunning hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay here in Ubud. The rooms are beautiful and beds are comfy. Food at both restaurants was lovely and we enjoyed each visit! Most importantly the staff are incredible and have really went above and beyond to ensure we’ve had an incredible stay. Helping sort excursions, transport, and surprise birthday - super helpful and kind! A must stay if you’re visiting ubud, we will definitely be back!

Excellent service and beautiful resort! We liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud Center. The pool was nestled among the trees, which made us feel like we were in the jungle. We loved the sound of nature and enjoyed everything that the resort had to offer.

The staff were so welcoming and always friendly. Lovely pool area and the room was beautiful - the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast was a great choice too, where you could pick multiple bits off the menu to create what you wanted. Would recommend, especially to couples looking to switch off and enjoy some luxury!

We have booked a balinese cooking and yoga class and we were very satisfied with both. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are quite spacious with great view. The atmosphere is so relaxing and all staff were extremely friendly. Overall we had an amazing stay and we would definitely book it again!

We booked a cooking class and a morning yoga class. Both were executed very well and they took into consideration both of our diets for the cooking class! The yoga class was a great start for the day. Overall, it was a very great experience and the staff were really lovely!
