We booked the accommodation and assumed that a mosquito net would be available, as there are a lot of animals, especially in the rainy season, and we were already completely bitten up. We had to cancel the booking as there was no apparent cooperation and the host did not help us at all. Never again

We don't usually stay in boutique villa accommodation but wanted a change to try something different and found Kano lovely and ideal for our 1 week stay in Canggu. It's very well located with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance and an extremely good money changer just 20 or 30m up the road. Our two main hosts, both named Kedek were great! As is the Balinese way, they kept out of the way but were always there when needed and always open to a chat if you wanted one. Very helpful, friendly and kept the place immaculate. The pool is small but was never crowded while we were there so we mostly had it to ourselves. The only downside, and it's only a very small negative is the the curtains were very light so didn't block much of the sun in the morning so the room was lit up from an early time, but we did get used to it and were able to sleep in. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing stay in Canggu.

Beautiful rooms, nicely decorated and very spacious. Quiet pool just outside bifold doors. Location was great, near several coffee shops and just a short walk into Canggu, nice and quiet away from nightlife etc though. Staff would bend over backwards to do anything for you and rooms were cleaned daily. What made the stay was having a drink with one of the hotel staff on our final night who was lovely, unfortunately can't remember his name but this just cemented our positive experience. Would give a higher rating if I could.

Lovely room and shared living area. It was the staff that made the visit so great though; extremely polite, always had a massive smile on their face and we felt really appreciated in being there. Even shared a couple of beers with one of the staff one night who loved telling us about his family life and culture.

The hospitality is amazing. Upon check in, we are welcomed with fresh fruits and pastry. The room is pretty spacious and clean, complete with amenities. The wifi is stable as well. The accommodations located in a strategic place, in batu bolong area. It’s pretty near with hip coffee shop and cafe, such as Revolver. The host really helped us with parking space although there’s an initial misunderstanding. However, the street leading to Kano is quite small, perfect for bikes, but only allow one car to travel. Just make sure to ask the host if the parking space behind Kano is available or not.
